Abstract
본 발명은 압력 스윙 흡착법을 사용하여 20 내지 50℃에서 보다 덜 극성인 기체 성분들을 가지며, 제올라이트 과립자들의 충전물로 채워진 흡착기를 통해 통과되는 기체 혼합물로부터 질소를 선택적으로 흡착함에 있어서, 흡착기에서의 적어도 두가지 충전물, 즉 흡착기의 유입 영역에 제공되는 Na-제오라이트, X, 및 흡착기 유출 영역에 제공되는 Li-제올라이트 X를 제공하는 것을 포함하는 개량 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (5)
- 압력 스윙 흡착법을 사용하여 20 내지 50℃에서 보다 덜 극성인 기체 성분들과 함께 제올라이트 과립자들의 충전물로 채워진 흡착기를 통해 통과되는 기체 혼합물로부터 질소를 선택적으로 흡착함에 있어서, 흡착기에서의 적어도 두가지 충전물, 즉 흡착기의 유입 영역에 제공되는 Na-제올라이트 X 및 흡착기 유출 영역에 제공되는 Li-제올라이트 X를 제공함을 특징으로 하는 흡착 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, Li-제올라이트 X는 Li2O/Al2O3의 몰비가 0.80 내지 1.0이고 SiO2/Al2O3의 몰비가 2.0 내지 2.5임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, Na-제올라이트 X는 SiO2/Al2O3의 몰비가 2.0 내지 3.0임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 흡착기에서 충전물의 전체 양에 대한 Li-제올라이트 X의 양이 20 내지 85중량%으로 존재함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, Li-제올라이트 X는 Li2O/Al2O3의 몰비가 0.80 내지 1.0이고 SiO2/Al2O3의 몰비가 2.0 내지 2.5 이며, Na-제올라이트 X는 SiO2/Al2O3의 몰비가 2.0 내지 3.0임을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
