Claims (11)
- 0.3N이 넘지 않는 무기산으로 펠릿형 소듐 알루미노실리케이트 제올라이트를 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 기체분리에 사용되는 펠릿형 소듐 알루미노 실리케이트 제올라이트의 동력학적 흡착성을 향상시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산은 약 0.1N의 염산인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 산의 처리방식은 계속적 처리방식인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 산의 사용량은 1파운드의 흡착제당 0.5-3ℓ인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 펠릿형 제올라이트는 실질적으로 소듐 모오데나이트로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 펠릿형 제올라이트는 실질적으로 소듐 모오데나이트로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 펠릿형 제올라이트가 13X인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 혼합 기체 성분에 대한 선택적 압력 스윙 흡착 또는 선택적 열적 스윙 흡착에 의해 기체를 분리하는 방법에 있어서, 0.3N이 넘지 않는 묽은 산용액에 세척된 펠릿형 소듐 알루미노실리케이트 제올라이트 흡착제로 구성된 흡착베드에 혼합기체를 통과시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제올라이트 흡착제는 실질적으로 소듐 모오데나이트로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 산용액은 약 0.1N의 염산 용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
