Abstract

본 발명에 의한 스크롤 압축기의 축방향 실링장치는 토출가스압을 고정스크롤의 배면에 작용시켜 축방향 누설틈새를 조정하는 스크롤 압축기의 축방향 실링장치에 있어서, 상기 고정스크롤과 상부격막 사이에 가변지지부재를 형성하여, 압축기의 낮은 압축비 영역에서 고정스크롤을 축방향으로 지지하도록 하므로써, 축방향 실링력을 제한으로 안정적인 축방향 틈새를 유지하여 성능의 향상을 기대할 수 있고, 가공의 단순함으로 제작이 용이하도록 하며, 압축조건이 급격히 변하는 인버터 방식에서 그에 따른 토출압의 변화와 지지부재의 지지로 신속한 안정을 가져오게 되며, 또한 지지부재가 고정스크롤의 운동중 기울어지는 운동, 즉 워블 모션(wobble motion)을 제한하는 가이드 부재의 역할을 하므로 성능 및 신뢰성에 좋은 영향을 미치도록 하였다.

Claims (3)

  1. 스크롤 압축기에 있어서, 고정스크롤 배면과 상부격막 사이에 가변지지부재를 삽입 형성하여, 스크롤의 축방향 운동을 제한하여 축방향 틈새를 안정적으로 유지하도록 한 스크롤 압축기의 축방향 실링장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가변지지부재를 선회스크롤의 배면과 메인프레임 사이에 삽입 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤 압축기의 축방향 실링장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고정스크롤의 배면에 지지부재 삽입홈을 형성하여, 상기 지지부재 삽입홈에 가변지지부재가 삽입되도록 하여 가변지지부재와 스크롤의 상대운동으로 인해 운전중 스크롤의 기울어 짐을 방지하도록 한 스크롤 압축기의 축방향 실링장치.
