Abstract

본 발명은 스크롤압축기의 축방향 누설 방지장치에 관한 것으로 특히 스크롤랩의 팁부와 상대 스크롤 저면 사이의 틈새에 의하여 발생하는 누설을 방지하기 위하여 스크롤압축기 토출실로 토출된 고압냉매가스의 일부가 고정스크롤을 아래로 밀어붙여 축방향밀봉을 하도록 하는 가압수단과, 상기 가압수단이 고정스크롤을 일정량만큼 누르도록 고정스크롤을 지지하는 핀 및 압축스프링으로 구성되었다.
그리고 상기 가압수단은 토출실의 고압냉매가스를 유입하는 고압공과 상기 고압공으로 들어오는 고압냉매가스를 모으는 고압실과, 상기 고압실을 가득 채운 고압냉매가스에 밀려 고정스크롤을 직접적으로 누르는 가압재와, 상기 가압재의 측면에 형성되어 고압가스가 흡입부쪽으로 누출되는 것을 방지하는 밀봉부재 및 가압부재 돌기부로 구성된다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 종래 스크롤압축기의 단면도,
제2도는 종래 스크롤압축기의 축방향 밀봉장치의 단면도,
제3도는 종래 스크롤압축기의 압력부피선도,
제4도는 본 발명 스크롤압축기의 축방향누설 방지장치의 단면도,
제5도는 제4도에 나타난 요부의 확대도로서, (가)는 요부 A의 확대도, (나)는 요부 B의 확대도.

Claims (4)

  1. 스크롤압축기 토출실로 토출된 고압냉매가스의 일부가 고정스크롤을 하향 이동시켜 축방향 밀봉을 하도록 하는 가압수단과, 상기 가압수단이 고정스크롤을 일정량만큼 누르도록 고정스크롤을 지지하는 지지수단으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤압축기의 축방향누설 방지장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 가압수단은 토출실의 고압냉매가스를 유입하는 고압공과, 상기 고압공으로 들어오는 고압냉매가스를 모으는 고압실과, 상기 고압실을 가득 채운 고압냉매가스에 밀려 고정스크롤을 직접적으로 누르는 가압부재와, 상기 가압부재의 측면에 형성되어 고압가스가 흡입부쪽으로 유출되는 것을 방지하는 차단수단으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤압축기의 축방향누설방지장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 지지수단은 고정스크롤을 메인프레임에 조립하기 위한 핀과, 상기 핀을 탄성으로 지지하는 탄성부재와, 상기 핀과 탄성부재가 삽입되는 삽입구멍으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤압축기의 축방향 누설 방지장치.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 차단수단은 토출실내에서 흡입측으로의 누설을 막는 밀봉부재와, 상기 밀봉부재에 연이어 재차 토출실에서 흡입측으로의 누설을 막는 가압부재돌기부로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤압축기의 축방향누설 방지장치.
