Abstract

본 발명은 자동차 흡음단열용으로 사용되는 무기섬유 단열재의 바인더 조성물에 관한 것이다.
종래에는 황산염(Na2SO4)과 같은 수용성 염을 함유하는 레졸형의 수용성 페놀수지가 자동차 흡음단열재의 바인더로 사용이 되어 단열재의 내부로 수분이 침투되는 경우 수용성 성분이 수분에 의하여 침출 또는 용출되어 건조 후 백화 현상을일으키며, 자동차의 고운부위의 계속적인 열충격으로 쉽게 물성이 저하된다.
본 발명은 이러한 종래의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 중합촉매로 2, 3족 중에서 선택된 알카리 촉매와 자기소화성이 우수한 중화제를 사용하여 수불용성 염을 함유한 페놀수지를 제조함으로서 내화성이 향상되고 내수성이 우수한 자동차 흡음단열재용 무기섬유 단열재의 바인더 조성물을 만들었다.

Claims (2)

  1. 무기섬유 단열재용 바인더 조성물에 있어서, 수불용성 염을 함유하는 페놀수지 100중량부, 황산암모늄 2∼8중량부, 암모니아수 2∼10중량부, 방진오일 0.5∼10중량부, 아미노실란 0.1∼2중량부, 소취제 0.01∼10중량부, 물 200∼300중량부로 이루어진 물로 된 무기섬유 단열재용 바인더 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 수불용성 염을 함유하는 페놀수지가 수산화칼슘, 수산화바륨, 수산화스트론튬 중에서 선택된 어느 하나를 합성 반응촉매로하고 질산, 인산, 아비산 중에서 선택된 어느 하나를 중화제로 하여 합성된 페놀수지인 무기섬유 단열재용 바인더 조성물.
