냉기누설, 물누설 등을 방지하는 패킹부재를 구비한 보냉상자를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
(해결수단)
보냉상자의 뚜껑체(5)에는 탄성을 갖는 패킹부재(10)가 장치되어 있고, 이 패킹부재(10)가 상자체(2)의 상대재(2a)에 누름된다. 패킹부재(10)는 상대재(2a)에 맞닿음하는 맞닿음부(10a)와 맞닿음부(10a)에 형성된 오목부(10b)와를갖고 있음과 동시에, 뚜껑체(5)에 형성된 홈(12)에 맞닿음부(10a)가 돌출하도록 끼워맞춤된다. 뚜껑체(5)가 닫혀서 맞닿음부(10a)가 상대재(2a)에 맞닿음 하였을때에 오목부(10b)의 개구가 폐쇄되고, 이 오목부에 독립한 공간이 형성된다.

제1도는 본 발명에 관한 보냉상자(保冷箱)의 일실시예의 형태를 도시한 전체 사시도, 제2도는 제1도에 도시한 뚜껑체를 상자체에 대하여 닫을때의 상태를 도시한 단면도, 제3도는 제1도에 도시한 뚜껑체를 상자체에 대하여 닫은 상태를 도시한 단면도, 제4도는 제1도에 도시한 패킹부재의 별도의 실시의 형를 도시한 단면도.

Claims (5)

  1. 뚜껑체의 탄성을 갖는 패킹부재를 장치하고, 이 패킹부재가 상자체의 상대재로 누름 되도록 상기 뚜껑체를 닫는 것이 가능한 보냉상자에 있어서, 상기 패킹부재는 상기 상대재에 맞닿음하는 맞닿음부와, 이 맞닿음부에 형성된 오목부와를 갖고 있음과 동시에, 상기 뚜껑체에 형성된 홈에 상기 맞닿음부가 돌출하도록 끼워맞춤되어 있고, 상기 뚜껑체가 닫히고 맞닿음부가 상대재에 맞닿음 하였을때에 상기 오목부의 개구가 폐쇄되고,이 오목부에 독립한 공간이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보냉상자.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 패킹부재의 오목부의 바닥부는 상기 뚜껑체에 형성된 홈내에 위치하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 보냉상자.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 패킹부재의 오목부의 바닥부는 상기 뚜껑체를 열었을때에 상기 홈의 외측에 위치하여 있고, 뚜껑체를 닫아 맞닿음부가 상대재에 맞닿음하였을 때에 상기 패킹부재가 누름되어 홈내에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보냉상자.
  4. 제 1 항 내지 3항의 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 패킹부재의 오목부의 대향하는 내벽은 바닥부로 향함에 따라 점차적으로 접근하도록 경사하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 보냉상자.
  5. 뚜껑체에 탄성을 갖는 패킹부재를 장치하고, 이 패킹부재가 상자체의 상대재에 누름 되도록 상기 뚜껑체를 닫는 것이 가능한 보냉상자에 있어서, 상기 패킹부재는 뚜껑체를 닫았을 때에 상기 상자체의 상대재와의 사이에서 밀착하고 감압상태로 되는 공간을 형성하는 형상으로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 보냉상자.
