Abstract

본 발명은 한쪽손 조작으로 열 수 있고, 또 액체의 흐름등에 의한 작동 불량을 초래하지 않도록 개량된 용기용 캡에 관한 것이다. 액체를 수용하는 용기의 개구에 부착되는 제1캡(2)과, 이 제1캡의 상부벽(3)에 반전힌지(9)를 통하여 나사부착되는 제2캡(6)과, 한쪽으로 미끄럼 움직임시킴으로서 제2캡을 밀어 올림과 함께 반전힌지의 내면을 눌러 제2캡의 뚜껑을 여는 제1캡의 상부벽의 상면에 미끄럼 움직임 가능하게 설치되는 미끄럼부재(15)를 가지는 용기용 캡의 구조체를, 미끄럼 부재의 상면이 제1캡의 상부벽에 돌출 설치된 내용액의 배출노즐(4)의 바깥둘레면에 탄성적으로 밀접하는 제1부분(22)과, 미끄럼 부재 사이에 설치된 캠 수단(17)에 의해 윗쪽으로 변위하여 제1캡을 밀어 올리는 제2부분(24)을 가지는 커버부재(20)로 피복한다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 캡의 사시도, 제2도는 본 발명에 따른 캡의 제2캡을 닫은 상태의 종단면도, 제3도는 본 발명에 따른 캡의 제2캡을 열은 상태의 종단면도, 제4도는 본 발명의 제2실시예의 캡의 제2캡을 닫음 상태의 종단면도, 제5도는 본 발명의 제2실시예의 캡의 제2캡을 열은 상태의 종단면도.

Claims (3)

  1. 액체를 수용하는 용기의 개구에 부착되는 제1캡과, 이 제1캡의 상부벽에 반전힌지를 통해 나사부착되는 제2캡과, 한쪽으로 미끄럼 움직임시킴으로서 상기 제2캡을 밀어 올림과 동시에 상기 반전힌지의 내면을 상기 제2캡의 뚜껑을 열개할 상기 상부벽의 상면에 미끄럼 움직임 자재로 설치되는 미끄럼 부재를 가지는 용기용 캡에 있어서, 상기 슬라이드 부재의 상면이, 상기 제1캡의 상부벽에 돌출설치된 내용액의 바깥둘레면에 탄성적으로 밀접하는 제1부분과, 상기 미끄럼 부재 사이에 설치된 캡 수단에 의해 윗쪽으로 변위하여 상기 제1캡을 밀어 올리는 제2부분을 가지는 커버부재로 덮이는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기용 캡.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1부분과 상기 제2부분 사이가 구부러짐 가능한 힌지부를 통해 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기용 캡.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 커버부재가 상기 배출 노즐의 축선에 직행하는 축을 가지고, 상기 제1캡의 상부벽상에 축받침되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기용 캡.
