Abstract

본 발명은 장식적인 외관을 갖는 FRP 판넬(panel)및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 장식 쉬이트(1a)를 기재로 불포화폴리에스테르(UPE) 수지조성물(1b)을 함침시켜 장식 프리프레그(1)를 제조하고, 이 장식 프리프레그(1)를 금형내에 충전된 쉬이트 몰딩 조성물(2)상에 전부 또는 부분적으로 투입하여 일체 성형하는 공정으로 이루어지되, 상기 장식 프리프레그 제조공정후 SMC와의 일체 성형공정전에, 상기 장식 프리프레그상에 내열성 필름(4)을 시공후 용이하게 제거할 수 있도록 접착시켜 주는 공정과, 상기 금형내의 쉬이트 몰딩 조성물상에 글래스 매트(3)를 미리 깔아 주는 공정을 더욱 추가적으로 포함하는 공정단계로 구성되어, 공정이 간략화됨과 동시에 판넬 표면의 변형이나 파열 또는 이물첨가에 따른 불량이 없고 또한 제품의 시공시 그 표면이 보호되어 긁힘현상이 발생되지 않는 장식 FRP 판넬이 제공되게 되는 것이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 모양 혹은 무늬가 표현된 장식 쉬이트(1a)를 기재(基材)로 한 장식 프리프레그(1)가 SMC층(2)상에 전부 또는 부분적으로 성형되어 이루어지는 장식 FRP 판넬에 있어서, 상기 장식 프리프레그(1)와 SMC층(2) 사이에 글래스 매트(3)가 삽입 성형된 것을 특징으로 하는 장식 FRP 판넬.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 글래스 매트(3)는 찹 스트랜드 매트(chop strand mat), 컨티뉴어스 매트(continuous mat), 글래스 클로쓰(glass cloth)및 직포(woven cloth)로 구성되는 군에서 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 FRP 판넬.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 글래스 매트(3)는 그 단량이 150~450g/㎡인 것을 특징으로 하는 장식 FRP 판넬.
  4. 모양 혹은 무늬가 표현된 장식 쉬이트(1a)를 기재(基材)로 한 장식 프리프레그(1)가 SMC층(2)상에 전부 또는 부분적으로 적층되어 이루어지는 장식 FRP 판넬에 있어서, 상기 장식 프리프레그(1)상에 성형후 또는 시공후 용이하게 제거할 수 있도록 된 내열성 필름(4)이 적층된 것을 특징으로 하는 장식 FRP 판넬.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 내열성 필름(4)은 폴리에스테르 필름, 나일론 필름, 폴리이미드 필름 및 폴리비닐알코올로 구성되는 군에서 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 장식 FRP 판넬.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 내열성 필름(4)은 폴리에스테르 필름으로 되어 있되, 그 두께가 12~200㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 장식 FRP 판넬.
  7. 모양 혹은 무늬가 표현된 장식 쉬이트(decoration sheet)를 기재(基材)로 하여 불포화폴리에스테르(Unsaturated Polyester, UPE) 수지조성물을 함침시키며 장식 프리프레그를 제조하고, 이 장식 프리프레그를 금형내에 충전된 쉬이트 몰딩 조성물(SMAC)상에 전부 또는 부분적으로 투입하여 일체 성형하는 공정으로 이루어지는 장식 FRP 판넬의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 장식 프리프레그 제조공정후 SMC와의 일체 성형공정전에 상기 장식 프리프레그상에 내열성 필름을 성형후 또는 시공후 용이하게 제거할 수 있도록 적층시켜 주는 공정을 추가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장식 FRP 판넬의 제조방법.
  8. 모양 혹은 무늬가 표현된 장식 쉬이트(decoration sheet)를 기재(基材)로 하여 불포화폴리에스테르(Unsaturated Polyester, UPE) 수지조성물을 함침시키며 장식 프리프레그를 제조하고, 이 장식 프리프레그를 금형내에 충전된 쉬이트 몰딩 조성물(SMAC)상에 전부 또는 부분적으로 투입하여 일체 성형하는 공정으로 이루어지는 장식 FRP 판넬의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 장식 프리프레그 제조공정후 SMC와의 일체 성형공정전에 상기 금형내의 쉬이트 몰딩 조성물(SMC)상에 전부 또는 부분적으로 글래스 매트를 미리 깔아 주는 공정을 추가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장식 FRP 판넬의 제조방법.
  9. 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 상기 장식 프리프레그 제조공정시 UPE 수지조성물의 함침방법은, 그라비아코팅(gravure coating), 리버스 코팅(reverse coating), 나이프 코팅(knife coating), 코마 코팅(comma coating) 및 바아코팅(bar coating)으로 구성되는 군에서 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 장식 FRP 판넬의 제조방법.
  10. 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 상기 장식 프리프레그 제조공정시 UPE 수지조성물의 함침량은, 상기 장식 쉬이트 100 중량부에 대해 10-100 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 장식 FRP 판넬의 제조방법.
