Claims (6)
- 자성체로 제작되고 제1 마찰면(153a)을 갖는 제1 회전 부재(15)와, 제2 회전부재(13)와, 축방향으로 공기 간극을 유치한 채로 상기 제1 마찰면(153a)과 마주보게 될 제2 마찰면(26a)을 구비하면서 제한된 축방향 운동이 가능하도록 상기 제2 회전 부재와 연결된 환형 자성 아마츄어 판(26)과, 상기 제2 회전 부재로 회전력이 전달되도록 상기 제2 마찰면을 상기 제1 회전 부재로 끌어당기기 위해 상기 제1 회전 부재와 상기 환형 자성 아마츄어 판에 전자력을 공급하는 수단(20)과, 그리고 상기 제1 마찰면과 상기 제2 마찰면중 적어도 하나 이상에 형성된 환형 절개부(26c,153c)에 고정 배치된 비금속재료의 환형 마찰 부재(60c,60d)를 포함하는 전자 클러치에 있어서, 상기 환형 절개부는 상기 마찰면의 반경방향 최외측 부분에 형성되며, 상기 제1 마찰면(153a)과 제2 마찰면(26a)중 적어도 하나와 마주하는 상기 환형 마찰 부재(60c,60d)의 일단부면은 제1 및 제2 마찰면(153a,26a)의 나머지 하나와 밀접하게 정렬되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 클러치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 환형 마찰 부재(60c,60d)는 성형된 페놀 수지의 방향족 폴리아미드 수지 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 클러치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 회전 부재(15) 및 상기 환형 자성 아마츄어 판(26)은 금속 자성체인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 클러치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서 상기 환형 절개부(153c)는 상기 제1 마찰면(153a)에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 클러치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 환형 절개부(26c)는 상기 제2 마찰면(26a)에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 클러치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 절개부(26c,153c)는 직사각형 단면을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 클러치.
