Abstract

상기 충전기는 개별적인 셀들 또는 그룹을 형성하는 셀들에 대하여 충전 기능이 이루어지는 회로로 구성된다.
개별적인 충전 기능이 이루어지는 회로는 사인파를 가지는 연속 전압을 제공하는 전력원(5에서 12)에 의해 부가되는 플라이백 컨버터(CV1)로 구성된다. 각각의 컨버터는 1차 권선이 두개의 제어 가능한 반도체 전력요소(14) 및 마이크로프로세서(17)사이의 전력원에 직렬로 장착되는 변압기(T1)으로 구성된다. 컨버터(CV1)진동의 억제 및 활성은 축전지(1)의 한개 또는 개별적인 셀들의 전압의 함수로서 제어된다.
조립체에 의해 축전지 셀들이 제조시 발생하는 최대 충전 량의 불균형을 보상한다.

제1도 및 제2도는 본 발명을 따르고 병렬 구조를 이루며 재 충전이 가능한 축전지 충전기의 일반 선도이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 전기 에너지 축전용 충전기는, 직렬 연결을 이루는 개별적인 셀들(G1에서 Gn;E1-G1,E1-G2,E2-G2,…E1-Gn-1,E2-Gn-1,E1-Gn,E2-Gn)에 대하여 전력 공급원(5,6,7)이 공급되는 충전 기능의 회로로 구성되며, 상기 충전 기능의 회로는 1차 권선이 전력원(5,6,7)으로부터 전력을 공급받고, 2차 권선이 정류기(D1,C1,D2,C2,C2…Dn-1,Cn-1,Dn,Cn)를 통해 축전지 셀 또는 그룹을 이루는 셀들(G1에서 Gn;E1-G1,E2-G1,E1-G2,E2-G2,…E1-Gn-1,E2-Gn-1,E1-Gn,E2-Gn)에 연결되는 변압기들(T1에서 Tn)로 구성되는 전기에너지 축전용 충전기에 있어서, 상기 전력원(5,6,7)은 사인파 위상 또는 사인파 형태의 단극 정류 전압을 제공하기 위한 공급 장치(8,9,10)로 구성되고, 상기 충전 기능이 이루어지는 회로는 상기 공급장치(8,9,10)에 연결되는 플라이백 컨버터(CV1에서 CVn)로 구성되며, 상기 충전기가 개별의 축전지 셀 또는 그룹을 이루는 셀들의 전압을 측정하는 장치(COMP1에서 COMPn) 및 상기 측정 장치(COMP1에서 COMPn)에 의해 측정되는 전압 값의 함수로서 연결 상태를 이루는 컨버터의 진동을 억제 및 활성을 제어하기 위한 장치(14,17,21-1에서 21n,23,28-1에서 28n,Th1에서 Thn)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기에너지 축전용 충전기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 컨버터들(CV1에서 CVn)은 변압기들(T1에서 Tn)과 상기 변압기들(T1에 Tn)의 1차 권선에 의해 직렬로 상기 공급 장치(8,9,10)에 연결되는 적어도 하나의 반도체 전력 요소(14) 및 사이리스터들(Th1에서 Thn)과 상기 정류기들(D1에서 Dn, C1에서 Cn)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기에너지 축전용 충전기.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 각각의 변압기들(T1에 Tn)의 상기 1차 권선은, 상기의 반도체 전력 요소(14)와 사이리스터들(Th1에서 Thn)사이에서 직렬로, 상기 공급 장치(8,9,10)에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기에너지 축전용 충전기.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기의 반도체 전력 요소(14)가 모든 컨버터들(CV1에서 CVn)에 공유되는 구조를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기에너지 축전용 충전기.
  5. 제1항에 제4항 중의 한 항에 있어서, 반도체 전력 요소(14)가 또한 축전기 충전시 상기 공급 장치(8,9,10)에 또한 축전기 방전시 상기 공급 장치(8,9,10)의 단자들 중의 하나에 상기 컨버터들(CV1에서 CVn)이 연결가능하도록 인버터 스위치(13)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기에너지 축전용 충전기.
