Abstract

본 발명은 그릴/오븐렌지에 관한 것으로서, 더 자세하게는 상기 그릴/오븐렌지로서 그릴요리는 물론이고 오븐요리도 할 수 있는 그릴 오븐렌지에 관한 것이다.
즉, 조리실내의 그릴버너 하나로서 그릴요리는 물론이고 오븐요리도 할 수 있도록 하고, 상기 그릴/오븐렌지의 생산단가를 절감함은 물론이고 이의 작업공수를 최소화시킨 것으로서, 이는 제2도와 같이 소정형상의 본체(10)와; 그 하부에 구성되는 조리실(20)과; 상기 본체(10) 상부에 설치되는 적어도 하나 이상의 버너군(30)과; 상기 본체(10) 상부의 후방에 조리실(20)과 연통되게 설치되는 백가드(40); 등으로 구성된 그릴/오븐렌지(1)에 있어서, 상기한 본체(10)의 조리실(20)이 상하로 분리되도록 격판(21)을 설치하여 그 상부에는 그릴실(22)이, 그 하부에는 오븐실(23)이 구성되도록 한 다음, 상기 그릴실(22) 상부에 그릴버너(24)를 설치하고, 상기 조리실(20) 후벽에 그릴실(22)과 오븐실(23)이 상호 연통되게 덕트(25)를 형성한 것이며, 또한 본 발명은 상기한 덕트(25) 적소에 그릴실(22) 내의 열기를 오븐실(23)로 강제 공급하는 송풍팬(26)을 설치한 것이고, 본 발명은 또 상기한 격판(21)에 개폐수단(28)을 형성하되, 상기 격판(21)에 적어도 하나 이상의 통공(28a)을 형성한 다음, 상기 통공(28a)을 개폐시킬 수 있도록 개폐판(28b)을 설치한 것이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 소정형상의 본체(10)와; 그 하부에 구성되는 조리실(20)과; 상기 본체(10) 상부에 설치되는 적어도 하나 이상의 버너군(30)과; 상기 본체(10) 상부에 설치되는 적어도 하나 이상의 버너군(30)과; 상기 본체(10) 상부의 후방에 조리실(20)과 연통되게 설치되는 백가드(40); 등으로 구성된 그릴/오븐렌지(1)에 있어서, 상기한 본체(10)의 조리실(20)이 상하로 분리되도록 격판(21)을 설치하여 그 상부에는 그릴실(22)이, 그 하부에는 오븐실(23)이 구성되도록 한 다음, 상기 그릴실(22) 상부에 그릴버너(24)를 설치하고, 상기 조리실(20) 후벽에 그릴실(22)과 오븐실(23)이 상호 연통되게 덕트(25)를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 그릴/오븐렌지.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 덕트(25) 적소에 그릴실(22) 내의 열기를 오븐실(23)로 강제공급하는 송풍팬(26)을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 그릴/오븐렌지.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기한 송풍팬(26)이 오븐실(23) 내에 설치된 온도감지수단에 의해 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 그릴/오븐렌지.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 격판(21)이 조리실(20)로부터 착탈가능하도록 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 그릴/오븐렌지.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 격판(21)에 오븐실(23)의 열을 그릴실(22)로 배출, 또는 차단할 수 있도록 개폐수단(28)을 형성설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 그릴/오븐렌지.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기한 격판(21)에 개폐수단(28)을 형성하되, 상기 격판(21)에 적어도 하나 이상의 통공(28a)을 형성한 다음, 상기 통공(28a)을 개폐시킬 수 있도록 개폐판(28b)을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 그릴/오븐렌지.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기한 개폐판(28b)에 작동레버(28c)를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 그릴/오븐렌지.
