Claims (1)
- 출력단의 단락여부에 따른 감지부의 출력전압에 의해 해당 전압을 출력하는 비교기(U1)와, 상기 비교기(U1)의 출력전압에 따라 온/오프 스위칭 동작하여 전원전압을 저잡음 변환기에 공급하는 다아링톤 접속 트랜지스터(Q1)를 포함하여 이루어진 전원공급회로부(1)와; 다수의 저항(R6∼R8)과 트랜지스터(Q3,Q4)로 구성되어 상기 전원공급회로부(1)의 출력단의 단락여부를 감지하여 해당하는 출력전압을 상기 전원공급회로부(1)의 비교기(U1)에 출력하는 단락감지부(2)와; 상기 단락감지부(2)에서 감지된 단락여부에 따른 상기 전원공급회로부(1)의 비교기(U1)의 출력전압에 의해 턴 온/오프되는 제너 다이오드(ZD1)와, 상기 제너 다이오드(ZD1)의 온/오프신호에 따라 온/오프 스위칭동작을 제어하는 트랜지스터(Q2)를 포함하여 이루어진 스위칭부(3)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 저잡음 변환기의 전원단락 보호회로.
