Claims (11)
- 적어도 하나의 가스제트 또는 증기제트를 높은 속도로 피분쇄물의 유동층내에 도입하는 수단으로 제트분쇄에 의해 충돌분쇄하는 방법에 있어서, 노즐로부터 유출할 때, 노즐단면의 주변영역에서는 적어도 2회 최소치와 최대치 사이에서 변하며 노즐단면의 핵심영역에서는 주변영역의 최소치와 같거나 그보다 작은 제트운동량의 크기로, 홀더내에 삽입될 수 있는 제트생성용 노즐요소를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 충돌분쇄 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제트운동량의 크기는 최소치가 있는 위치에서 값 영을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 최대 제트운동량과 최소운동량을 가진 노즐단면의 모든 부분영역들이 서로 대략 같은 크기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 제트운동량의 최소로부터 최대까지의 천이는 불연속적으로 일어나는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 노즐단면의 각 부분영역에서의 유출류는 중앙 노즐축(9)에 평행으로 일어나는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 노즐단면의 각 부분영역에서의 유출류는 중앙 노즐축(9)으로부터 멀리 떨어지는 쪽으로 배향하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 노즐단면의 각 부분영역에서의 유출류는 중앙 노즐축(9)을 향해 배향하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 노즐단면의 각 부분영역에서의 유출류는 중앙 노즐축(9)상의 한 공통점으로 배향하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 노즐요소의 단면에 걸쳐 균일하게 분포된, 여러 형상 및 크기의 적어도 2개의 운동량개구(8)를 갖고 있으며, 홀더내에 삽입될 수 있는 제트생성용 노즐요소가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항 내지 8항중의 어느 한항에 기재된 방법을 실시하기 위한 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 운동량개구들(8)은, 그의 경계부가 반곡점이 없고 유출개구들(8)을 둘러싸는 포락면을 나타내는 영역내에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 유출개구(8)는 원형단면으로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
