Abstract
본 발명은 (a) 2개의 외부 면재(1)와 (b) 중공 프로필(3)을 갖고 2개의 외부 면재(1)에 연결되는 연질 합성 발포체 코어 물질(2)을 포함하는 다층 절연 패널 또는 소재에 대한 것이다. 또한 (a) 2개의 외부 면재(1)와 (b)연결 코어물질 상(이는 연질 코어 물질의 양말단이 외부 면재들과 접촉하는 방식으로 2개의 외부 면재 사이에 거리를 두고 제공되며, 밀도가 연질 코어 물질보다 큰 제2코어 물질이 연질 코어 물질 상들 사이에 제공되며, 코어 물질 상 각각의 한쪽 말단만이 단지 하나의 동일한 외부 면재와 접촉한다)을 포함하는, 다층 절연 패널 또는 소재도 기술한다. 두가지 유형의 패널 또는 소재는 방음성과 기계적 강도를 갖는다.

제1도는 중공 프로필(3)을 갖는 합성 발포체 코어 물질(2)을 둘러싸는 두개의 외부 면재(1)를 갖는 본 발명의 절연 패널 또는 소재의 단면도이다, 제2도는 넥(neck)(5)을 갖는 중공 프로필(3) 및 채널(6)을 갖는 합성 발포체 코어 물질(2)을 둘러싸는 두개의 외부 면재(1)를 갖는 본 발명의 절연 패널 또는 소재의 단면도이다.
Claims (10)
- (a) 2개의 외부 면재(1)와 (b) 연질 합성 코어 물질(2)을 포함하는 다층 절연 패널 또는 소재로서, 연질 합성 코어물질(2)이 중공 프로필(3)을 갖는 단일한 연속적 연질 합성 발포체 코어 물질(2)이고 두 외부 면재(1)와 연결됨을 특징으로 하는 다층 절연 패널 또는 소재(패널 또는 소재는 둘 다 방음성과 기계적 강도를 갖는다).
- 제1항에 있어서, 스페이싱 장치를 추가로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 절연 패널또는 소재.
- 제2항에 있어서, 스페이싱 장치만이 하나의 외부 면재(1)와 긴밀하게 접촉하여 스페이싱 장치와 반대쪽 외부 면재 사이에 갭(4)을 생성시킴을 특징으로 하는 절연 패널 또는 소재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 코어 물질(2)이 2개의 외부 면재(1)와 교호적으로 긴밀하게 접촉하여 코어물질(2)과 반대쪽 외부 면재(1) 사이에 갭(4)을 생성시킴을 특징으로 하는 절연 패널 또는 소재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 코어 물질(2)이 순차적으로 작동하는 평행하게 설치된 강성이 상이한 스프링들로서 작용함을 특징으로 하는 절연 패널 또는 소재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 코어 물질(2)이 헬름홀쯔(Helmholtz) 유형의 공명체로서 작용함을 특징으로 하는 절연 패널 또는 소재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 코어 물질(2)이 코어 물질의 드릴링(drilling)에 의해 연결되는 독립적인 공기 챔버들을 한정함을 특징으로 하는 절연 패널 또는 소재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 코어 물질(2)이 중공 프로필(3)의 씨네틱 에너지(cinetic energy)를 사용하는 댐퍼(damper)로서 작용함을 특징으로 하는 절연 패널 또는 소재.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 코어 물질(2)이 발포된 폴리에틸렌 중합체의 합체된 분리가능한 스트랜드를 다수 갖는 탄성 독립 기포성의 가교결합되거나 가교결합되지 않은 폴리에틸렌계 발포체임을 특징으로 하는 절연 패널 또는 소재.
- (a) 2개의 외부 면재(1)와 (b) 연질 코어 물질상(이는 연질 코어 물질의 양말단이 외부 면재들과 접촉하는 방식으로 2개의 외부 면재 사이에 거리를 두고 제공되며, 밀도가 연질 코어 물질보다 큰 제2코어 물질이 연질 코어 물질 상들 사이에 제공되며, 코어 물질 상 각각의 한쪽말단만이 단지 하나의 동일한 외부 면재와 접촉한다)을 포함하는, 방음성과 기계적 강도 둘 다 가짐을 특징으로 하는 다층 절연 패널 또는 소재.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
