Abstract

"ELEMENTO INTERCALADO DE CAMADAS MúLTIPLAS PARA ISOLAMENTO ACúSTICO, PROCESSO PARA SUA FABRICAçãO E SEU USO". Um elemento intercalado mecanicamente forte e de camadas múltiplas para isolamento acústico compreendendo duas camadas de revestimento (1) substancialmente ligadas a um núcleo de espuma plástica consistindo de pelo menos duas camadas (2) que são unidas através de pontos de contato (também denominados pontes) (3) criando um vão ou vãos (4) entre as camadas de núcleo (2) e em caso de espaços extensos e/ou camadas de revestimento finas, limitadores de percurso no interior do vão/vãos (4) para manter as camadas de núcleo (2) a uma certa distância uma da outra, sendo que o material de camada de núcleo é um material celular semi-rígido contendo mais que 50 por cento de células abertas, e que tem uma resistência à tração superior a 50 kPa e uma resistência à compressão de 5 a 200 kPa, a uma deformação de 10%. A distância entre os pontos de contato ou pontes (3) é de pelo menos 350 mm. O novo elemento intercalado pode ser utilizado como uma porta, um elemento divisório ou uma unidade de construção com propriedades de isolamento acústico.
