Abstract
본 발명은 4㎜ 대조두께에서 광원 A를 사용한 광투과도가 10.0 내지 55.0%, 자외선 투과도가 25.0% 미만, 적외선 투과도가 약 50.0%미만이며, -Fe2O3로서의 총 철 산화물 0.90 내지 1.90중량%, Co 0.002 내지 0.025%, Se 0.0010 내지 0.0060%, MnO20.10 내지 1.0% 및 TiO20 내지 1.0%로 구성되는 착색제를 함유하는 무채회색의 열을 흡수하는 소다-석회-실리카 유리에 관한 것이다. 상기 조성물을 함유하는 평판유리 생성물은 트럭 및 자동차의 차단유리 또는 선루프로서 특히 적합하다.

Claims (15)
- 기재 유리 조성물이 중량 기준으로 68 내지 75%의 SiO2, 10 내지 18%의 Na2O, 5 내지 15%의 CaO, 0 내지 10%의 MgO, 0 내지 5%의 Al2O3및 0 내지 5%의 K2O를 함유하며, 여기서 CaO+MgO는 6 내지 15%이고, Na2O+K2O는 10 내지 20%이고, 미량의 용융 및 정제 보조물을 포함할 수도 있으며; Fe2O3로서의 총 철 산화물 0.90 내지 1.90중량%, Co로서의 코발트 0.002 내지 0.025중량%, Se로서의 셀레늄 0.0010 내지 0.0060중량%, MnO2로서의 망간 산화물 0.10 내지 1.0중량% 및 TiO2로서의 티타늄 산화물 0.0 내지 1.0%를 필수성분으로 하여 구성되는 착색제를 함유하고; 4㎜의 대조두께에서, 광원 A를 사용한 관투과도가 10.0 내지 55.0%, 자외선 투과도가 25.0% 미만, 적외선 투과도가 50.0% 미만인, 열을 흡수하는 무채회색의 유리 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 주파장이 470 내지 590 나노메터인 무채회색 유리 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, SO3이 0.01 내지 0.03중량%의 양으로 조성물 내에 존재하는 무채회색 유리 조성물.
- 기재 유리 조성물이 71 내지 74%의 SiO2, 13 내지 13.80%의 Na2O, 8.4 내지 8.7%의 CaO, 3.5 내지 4%의 MgO, 0.15 내지 0.25%의 Al2O3및 0 내지 0.1%의 K2O를 함유하며, 여기서 CaO+MgO는 6 내지 15%이고, Na2O+K2O는 10 내지 20%이고, 미량의 용융 및 정제 보조물을 포함할 수도 있으며; Fe2O3로서의 총 철 산화물 1.20 내지 1.60중량%, Co로서의 코발트 0.0160 내지 0.0185중량%, Se로서의 셀레늄 0.0020 내지 0.0040중량%, MnO2로서의 망간 산화물 0.15 내지 0.60중량% 및 TiO2로서의 티타늄 산화물 0.0 내지 0.35중량%를 필수성분으로 하여 구성되는 착색제를 함유하고; 4㎜의 대조두께에서, 광원 A를 사용한 광투과도가 16.0 내지 20.0%, 자외선 투과도가 5 내지 10%, 적외선 투과도가 10 내지 18%, 주파장이 약 470 내지 590 나노메터인, 열을 흡수하는 무채회색의 유리 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 여기순도가 약 5.5% 미만인 무채회색 유리 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, ‘FeO/Fe2O3으로서의 총 철산화물’이 0.18 내지 0.26인 무채회색 유리 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 조성물 제조용 배치성분에 사용되는 모래 1000lbs를 기준으로 하여, 다른 배치성분이 6~24lbs의 결정 황산나트륨, 3~20lbs의 질산나트륨, 및 0.1~1.5lbs의 카르보사이트를 함유하는 무채회색 유리 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 배치성분이 8~18lbs의 결정 황산나트륨, 5~15lbs의 질산나트륨, 및 0.3~1.0lbs의 카르보사이트를 함유하는 무채회색 유리 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 배치성분은 8~12lbs의 결정 황산나트륨, 5~10lbs의 질산나트륨, 0.3~1.0lbs의 카르보사이트를 함유하며, 상기 무채회색 유리 조성물은 0.15~0.60중량%의 MnO2및 1.2~1.6중량%의 Fe2O3로서의 총 철을 함유하는 무채회색 유리 조성물.

- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 조성물 제조용 배치성분내 모래 1,000lbs를 기준으로, 상기 성분이 6~24lbs의 결정 황산나트륨, 3~20lbs의 질산나트륨 및 0.1~1.5lbs의 카르보사이트를 함유하는 무채회색 유리 조성물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 성분이 8~18lbs의 결정 황산나트륨, 5~15lbs의 질산나트륨, 및 0.3~1.0lbs의 카르보사이트를 함유하는 무채회색 유리 조성물.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 성분은 8~12lbs의 결정 황산나트륨, 5~10lbs의 질산나트륨, 0.3~1.0lbs의 카르보사이트를 함유하며, 상기 무채회색 유리 조성물은 0.15~0.60중량%의 MnO2및 1.2~1.6중량%의 Fe2O3로서의 총 철을 함유하는 무채회색 유리 조성물.
- 제1항에 따른 무채회색 유리 조성물로부터 제조된 자동차 또는 건축용 유리.
- 모래, 소다회, 백운암, 석회석, 결정 황산나트륨, 산화제2철, 질산나트륨, 망간함유 화합물, 카르보사이트, 코발트함유 화합물, 및 셀레늄을 제1항에 따른 유리를 제조하기에 충분한 양으로 함께 혼합 및 용융시키는 것을 필수적인 구성으로 하는, 4㎜ 대조두께에서의 광원 A를 사용한 광투과도가 10.0 내지 55.0%, 자외선 투과도가 25.0% 미만, 적외선 투과도가 약 50.0% 미만인 무채회색 유리 조성물의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
