Abstract
신호처리 시스템은 시간 슬롯 할당 프로토콜에 따라 동작가능한 버스를 통해 목적지에 연결된 소오스 장치를 포함한다. 소오스 장치는 버스를 통해 목적지 장치에 각각 시간 스탬프를 구비하는 일련의 패킷을 공급하도록 배치된다. 목적지 장치는 클럭을 구비하고 패킷을 수신하며 클럭의 시간값이 특정 패킷의 시간 스탬프에 대응할 때를 검출하고 그 결과 그 특정 패킷으로부터의 데이터를 시간 슬롯할당 프로토콜에 따라 동작가능한 출력부에 제공하도록 배치된다. 소오스 장치는 패킷 중 하나 이상의 제1부분과 제2부분을 상이한 시간 값이 패킷중 하나 이상에서의 시간 스탬프에 대응할 때를 검출함과 함께 제1부분 및 제2부분으로부터의 데이터를 제공하도록 배치된다.

제6도는 인터페이스 유닛에 의한 전송용 데이터 패킷의 포맷을 도시한다.
Claims (7)
- 목적지 장치에 연결된 소오스 장치를 구비하고, 소오스 장치는 목적지 장치에 각각 시간 스탬프를 구비하는 일련의 패킷을 공급하며, 목적지 장치는 클럭을 구비하고 패킷을 수신하며 클럭의 시간값이 특정 패킷의 시간 스탬프에 대응할 때를 검출하고 그 결과 그 특정 패킷으로부터의 데이터를 출력부에 제공하도록 배치되는 신호처리 시스템에 있어서, 시간 슬롯 할당 프로토콜에 따라 동작 가능한 버스를 구비하고, 소오스 장치는 버스를 통해 목적지 장치로 패킷을 공급하고 패킷 중 하나 이상의 제1부분과 제2부분을 상이한 시간 슬롯에 공급하도록 배치되며, 목적지 장치는 클럭의 시간값이 패킷 중 하나 이상에서의 시간 스탬프에 대응할 때를 검출함과 함께 제1부분 및 제2부분으로부터의 데이터를 제공하도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 신호 처리 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 목적지 장치는 제2부분을 공급한 후 패킷 중 목적지 장치가 제2부분을 공급하는 특정 시간 슬롯에 공급되는 적어도 다른 하나 이상의 부분을 공급하며, 패킷중 다른 하나의 특정시간 슬롯에서의 위치를 식별하기 위한 특정시간 슬롯의 특정 위치에 공급되는 식별부를 공급하도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 신호 처리 시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 소오스 장치는 그 입력부에서 패킷 도래의 시작부 및 패킷 도래의 끝부에서의 클럭을 각 시간 샘플을 획득하고, 상기 시간 샘플에 관한 정보를 목적지 장치에 전송하도록 배치되며, 목적지 장치는 상기 시간 샘플간의 차이에 따라 상기 패킷을 제공하는 속도를 조정하도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 신호 처리 시스템.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 목적지 장치는 선입선출 버퍼와 버스를 통해 선입선출 버퍼에 수신된 시간 스탬프를 저장하는 수단, 및 선입 선출 버퍼에서 선행하는 시간 스탬프가 클럭의 계수치와 정합되자마자 각 시간 스탬프를 클럭의 계수치와 비교하기 시작하는 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신호 처리 시스템.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 소오스 장치는 시간 스탬프용 선입 선출 버퍼를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신호 처리 시스템.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항 및 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 따른 신호 처리 시스템용 소오스 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 신호처리 시스템용 목적지 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
