Abstract

Claims (13)

  1. 제1하우징 부분과, 상기 제1하우징 부분과 함께 실질적으로 밀폐된 하우징을 제공하는 제2하우징 부분과, 제1하우징 부분에 대해 이동하여 고정될 수 있는 전기 부품을 위한 마운트와, 상기 마운트 및 제1하우징 부분의 표면 사이에 배치된 밀봉 재료를 포함함으로써, 상기 마운트가 압력하에서 밀봉 재료를 두기 위하여 제1하우징 부분에 대하여 이동될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 마운트상에서 전기 부품의 환경적 보호를 위한 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1하우징 부분에 대한 상기 마운트의 이동은 상기 제1 및 제2하우징 부분 사이의 밀봉을 형성할 수 있는 위치에 밀봉 재료의 대치를 유발하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마운트상에서 전기 부품의 환경적 보호를 위한 장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉 재료의 대치는 제1하우징 부분의 벽 및 마운트 사이의 밀봉 재료 비드 형태를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마운트상에서 전기 부품의 환경적 보호를 위한 장치.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 마운트를 위한 하나 이상의 지지부를 추가로 포함하고, 상기 지지부는 제1하우징 부분의 상기 표면으로부터 돌출하고, 압력하에서 밀봉재료를 두기 위하여 제1하우징 부분의 상기 표면쪽으로 마운트를 이동시키도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마운트상에서 전기 부품의 환경적 보호를 위한 장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제1하우징 부분의 상기 표면 쪽으로 마운트의 이동을 제한하기 위한 하나 이상의 정지 수단을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마운트상에서 전기 부품의 환경적 보호를 위한 장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 지지부는 마운트를 통하여 개구부로 연장하고 제1하우징 부분의 상기 표면에 대해 마운트의 상기 이동을 허용하도록 모양지어진 비교적 좁은 단부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마운트상에서 전기 부품의 환경적 보호를 위한 장치.
  7. 전술한 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 마운트는 프린팅 회로 보도를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마운트상에서 전기 부품의 환경적 보호를 위한 장치.
  8. 전술한 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 마운트의 이동은 상기 제1 및 제2하우징 부분을 함께 도입함으로써 발생되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마운트상에서 전기 부품의 환경적 보호를 위한 장치.
  9. 제1하우징 부분과, 상기 제1하우징 부분과 함께 실질적으로 밀폐된 하우징을 제공하는 제2하우징 부분과, 제1하우징 부분 표면상에 중착된 밀봉 재료와, 상기 제1하우징 부분의 상기 표면으로부터 돌출하는 마운트를 위한 하나 이상의 지지부와, 상기 제1하우징 부분과 상기 표면으로부터 마운트를 분리하기 위한 하나 이상의 정지 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마운트상에서 전기 부품의 환경적 보호를 위한 장치.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 지지부는 제1하우징 부분쪽으로 마운트를 이동시키도록 구성되고, 각각의 정지 수단은 상기 이동을 제한하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 마운트상에서 전기 부품의 환경적 보호를 위한 장치.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 지지부 또는 하나 이상의 지지부들은 비교적 좁은 단부를 포함하고, 하나 이상의 정지 수단은 단부 및 제1하우징 부분의 상기 표면 사이 지지부의 비교적 넓은 부분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마운트상에서 전기 부품의 환경적 보호를 위한 장치.
  12. 전술한 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 밀봉 재료는 겔을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마운트상에서 전기 부품의 환경적 보호를 위한 장치.
