Abstract
본 발명은 통상 EEPROM 과 같은 메모리 디바이스로 이루어진 전자 레벨이 관한 것이다. 상기 라벨은 전기 광학 셀로 구성되고, 광이 상기 셀에 비췰 때에 라벨에 전원이 공급된다. 전기 광학 콤포넌트는 외부로 광신호를 전송하고 광 코맨드신호를 수신하기 위해 더 제공되며, 광신호는 상기 메모리 디바이스의 용량과 관계한다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 라벨을 예를 들어 나타낸 기능도이다.
Claims (8)
- 전력 공급의 부재에서 그 상태를 보존할 수 있는 적어도 하나의 전자 메모리 디바이스와 이 메모리 디바이스에 코맨드하기 위한 코맨드회로(2)를 구비하여 구성되고, 셀 표면상에 광선을 비출 때에 전원을 갖는 상기 코맨드회로와 상기 메모리 디바이스를 제공하기 위해 고정되어 있는 전기공학 셀과 같은 셀(1)의 적어도 하나의 조합과, 상기 메모리 디바이스의 용량에 관계하는 광신호를 외부로 전송하기 위해 고정되어 있고, 상기 코맨드회로에 접속되어 있는 전송수단을 구비하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 라벨.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전송수단이 일렉트로루미네센스 다이오드인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 라벨.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 수신된 광을 변조하기 위한 검파수단과, 상기 변조된 광에서 신호를 프로세싱하기 위한 프로세싱수단을 구비하여 구성되고, 상기 검파수단 및 프로세싱수단이 상기 신호에 의해 외부로부터 상기 코맨드회로에 코맨드하기 위해 고정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자라벨.
- 제1항 내지 제3항에 있어서, 상기 전기광학 셀의 일부 또는 전부가 상기 변조를 검파하기 위해 이용되고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자라벨
- 제1항 내지 제3항에 있어서, 상기 일렉트로루미네센스 다이오드가 가역 다이오드이고, 신호의 검파기로서 이용되고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자라벨
- 제1항 내지 제3항에 있어서, 상기 광이 서로 다른 파장을 갖는 2개의 광 콤포넌트로 이루어지고, 제1광 콤포턴트가 라벨의 전기광학 셀에 에너지를 공급하기 위해 이용되며, 제2광 콤포넌트가 신호전송을 위해 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자라벨
- 제1항에 있어서, 바코드(42)의 부근에 배치되어 상기 광선을 갖는 상기 바코드를 독출하기 위해 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자라벨
- 제1항에 있어서, 크로스헤어(51)내에 배치되어 있고, 이미지 검파수단 및 인식수단에 연합되어 있는 상기 광선이 상기 크로스헤어의 인식에 의해 전자라벨에서 표시될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 라벨.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
