Abstract
본 발명은 청정실용 와이프로 사용하기 위한 스펀레이스 직물 및 그의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
이와 같은 청정실용 와이프는 고흡수성을 가지면서도 낮은 입자수를 나타내는 것이 바람직하다.
본 발명의 직물은 25∼65 중량%의 면 또는 레이온 셀룰로오스 섬유와 35∼75 중량%의 폴리에스테르 섬유의 혼합물을 주성분으로 한다. 본 발명의 직물은 또한 그의 입자수가 2축 쉐이크(IES-RP-CC-004.2)에 의해 18,000,000 입자/㎡ 이하로 측정되고, 고유흡수성이 5이상이고, 분진 흡수 지수가 55 미만인 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에 따른 직물의 제조 방법은 25∼65 중량%의 면 또는 레이온 셀룰로오스 섬유와 35∼75 중량%의 폴리에스테르 섬유의 웹을 총 충격에너지가 10×10-3마력-시간-파운드 힘/파운드 질량 이상으로 작동되는 일련의 제1워터 제트류로 통과시키고, 반대면의 총 충격에너지가 20×10-3마력-시간-파운드 힘/파운드 질량 이상으로 작동되는 일련의 제2워터 제트류를 통과시키는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이 방법에서, 양 제트류 세트의 총 충격에너지는 40×10-3마력-시간-파운드 힘/파운드 질량 이상이다.

제1도는 직물 웹의 양면을 워터 제팅하기 위한 벨트 및 드럼 워셔, 및 워터 제팅 후에 직물을 탈수하기 위한 종래의 스퀴즈롤이 도시된 본 발명의 연속 수엉킴 공정의 개략도이다.
제2도는 직물 웹의 양면을 워터 제팅하기 위한 벨트 및 드럼 워셔 , 및 워터 제팅 후에 직물을 탈수하기 위한 진공 탈수 추출기가 도시된 본 발명의 연속 수엉킴 공정의 개략도이다.
Claims (6)
- 면과 레이온으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 25∼65 중량%의 셀룰로오스 섬유와 35∼75 중량%의 폴리에스테르 섬유의 혼합물을 주성분으로 하며, 그의 입자수(particle count)가 2축 쉐이크(Biaxial Shake; IES-RP-CC-004.2)에 의해 18,000,000 입자/㎡ 이하로 측정되고, 고유 흡수성이 5 이상이고, 분진 흡수 지수(Particle Sorbency Quotient)가 55 미만인 스펀레이스 직물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 셀룰로오스 섬유가 비스코오스법으로 제조된 레이온인 스펀레이스 직물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 셀룰로오스 섬유가 레이온이고, 레이온이 30∼60%의 양으로 존재하며, 직물의 입자수가 5,000,000/㎡이하이고 분진 흡수 지수가 15이하인 스펀레이스 직물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 레이온이 비스코오스법으로 제조된 것인 스펀레이스 직물.
- a)면과 레이온으로부터 선택된 25∼65 중량%의 셀룰로오스 섬유와 35∼75 중량%의 폴리에스테르 섬유를 주성분으로 하고, 그의 양쪽면 중 어느 한면이 유공성 스크린으로 지지된 웹을 지지되지 않은 면 위를 가로지르는 총 충격에너지가 10×10-3마력-시간-파운드 힘/파운드 질량 이상으로 작동되는 일련의 워터 제트류 아래로 통과시켜서, 셀룰로오스 섬유와 폴리에스테르 섬유를 엉키게 하는 단계, 및 b)유공성 표면에서 의해 양쪽면 중 제2 표면이 지지된 a) 단계의 웹을 지지되지 않은 면 위를 가로 지르는 총 충격에너지가 20×10-3마력-시간-파운드 힘/파운드 질량 이상 (여기에서, a) 단계의 제트류의 총 충격에너지와 b) 단계의 제트류의 총 충격에너지의 합은 40×10-3마력-시간-파운드 힘/파운드 질량 이상 임)으로 작동되는 일련의 워터 제트류 아래로 통과시켜서, 셀룰로오스 섬유와 폴리에스테르 섬유의 엉킴을 더욱 증가시키는 단계로 이루어진 입자수가 낮은 흡수성 스펀레이스 직물의 제조 방법.
