Abstract

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 광 변조 장치의 도시적인 도면 즉, 부분적인 횡단면이다.
Claims (13)
- 20℃에서의 필름의 투과율과 실질적으로 동일한 -20℃에서의 투과율과 20℃에서의 V90값의 2배미만인 -20℃에서의 V90을 갖는, 실록산 결합을 포함하는 중합체 매트릭스내에 분산된 액정을 포함하는 광 반응성 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필름이 적어도 하나의 다작용성 실록산 함유 반응물의 중합 생성물인 광 반응성 필름.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 실록산 함유 반응물의 적어도 하나가 머캅토 작용성 실록산, 하이드로실록산, 카비놀 작용성 실록산, 에폭시 작용성 실록산, 아미노 작용성 실록산, 이소시아네이토 작용성 실록산 또는 엔 작용성 실록산을 포함하는 광 반응성 필름.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 엔 작용성 실록산중 적어도 하나가 아크릴로일 작용성 실록산, 메타크릴로일 작용성 실록산, 아크릴아미도 작용성 실록산, 메타크릴아미도 작용성 실록산, 알릴 작용성 실록산, 비닐작용성 실록산, 또는 헥세닐 작용성 실록산을 포함하는 광 반응성 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필름이 적어도 하나의 머캅토 작용성 실록산의 중합 생성물인 광 반응성 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필름이 적어도 하나의 다작용성 엔과 적어도 하나의 다작용성 하이드로실록산의 중합 생성물인 광 반응성 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필름이 적어도 하나의 비닐 작용성 실록산의 중합 생성물인 광 반응성 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필름이 적어도 하나의 다작용성 실록산 함유 반응물과 적어도 하나의 다작용성 티올의 중합 생성물인 광 반응성 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필름이 적어도 하나의 다작용성 실록산과 적어도 하나의 다작용성 실리콘 수화물의 중합 생성물인 광 반응성 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필름이 적어도 하나의 다작용성 실록산 함유 반응물과 적어도 하나의 일작용성 반응물의 중합 생성물인 광 반응성 필름.
- 적어도 2개의 머캅토 작용성 그룹을 갖는 적어도 하나의 머캅토 작용성 실란의 중합 생성물을 포함하는 중합체 매트릭스에 분산된 액정을 포함하는 광 반응성 필름.
- 적어도 하나의 다작용성 엔과 적어도 하나의 다작용성 실리콘 수화물의 중합 생성물을 포함하는 중합체 매트릭스에 분산된 액정을 포함하는 광 반응성 필름.
- 적어도 하나의 다작용성 비닐 실란과 적어도 하나의 다작용성 티올의 중합 생성물을 포함하는 중합체 매트릭스에 분산된 액정을 포함하는 광 반응성 필름.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
