Abstract
본 벌명은 전동장치 유니트에 관한 것으로서, 특히 케이싱(3)과 정면으로 축을 이루어 직선으로 플렌지로 연결된 두개의 전기 기관(1)을 갖춘 차량 전동장치를 위한 것으며, 외측모터(2)는 휠바디(16)와 결합되고 내측의 고리 모양을 한 스테이터(4)는 케이싱(3)과 연결되며 로터축(7)은 휠바디(16)와 결합된다. 부피를 줄이고 동력의 전달력 내지 회전 모멘트를 높이기 위하여 휠바디(16)는 정면에 배열되고, 그 면에서 두개의 전기 기관(1)이 플랜지로 연결되며, 커플링 장치(8,9,19,25:26)는 스테이터(4)의 오목부(10) 내부로 배열된다.

제1도는 본 발명이 추구하는 전동창치에서 출의 종단면을 두 변항으로 자른 단면도이고, 제2도는 제1도의 정면도이며, 제3도는 본 발명이 추구하는 전동창치의 측면을 부분적으로 자른 단면도이고, 제4도는 제3도의 정면도이다.
Claims (15)
- 그 케이싱(3)과 정면으로 축을 이루고 직렬로 인접하여 플랜지가 연결된 두개의 전기기관(1)으로 이루어지는 전동장치 유니트, 특히 차량 전동을 위한 전동창치 유니트로서, 상기 전기기관(1)은 -휠바디(16)에 연결된 외측 로터(2)와, -케이싱(3)과 확고하게 결합되어 있으며, 축을 이루면서 본래 원통 모양을 한 오목부(11)을 갖춘 코일로 휘감긴 스테이터(5)와 얇은 금속판으로 싸여진 스테이터로부터 형성된 내부에 위치한 고리 모양의 스테이터(4)와, -휠바디(16)와 확고하게 결합되어 있으며, 스테이터(4)의 축을 이루는 오목부(11)내에 안으로 돌출되어 있는 로터축(7)과, 그리고 -케이싱(3)과 마주하여 회전할 수 있는 로터축의 축받침(20)과 인접하여 접속되어 있는 역전선기어부를 위한 커플링 장치(8,9,19,25:26)를 포함하고 있으며, -상기 휠바디(16)는 정면에 위치되고, 그 휠바디에 인접하여 두개의 전기기관(1)이 플랜지로 연결되어 있으며, -상기 커플링 장치(8,9,19,25:26)는 본래 원통 모양의 오목부(11)의 내부에 위치됨을 특징으로 하는, 전동장치 유니트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전동장치 유니트는 로터축(7,7a)의 축받이(17)가 케이싱(3)과 결합되는 바퀴살통바디(6,6a)의 내부에 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 전동장치 유니트.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 전동장치 유니트는 바퀴살통바디(6,6a)가 외측에 위치하는 정면에서 시작되는 케이싱의 덮개의 부분이며, 그 덮개는 원통모양의 노출공 내로 돌출되어 있고 특별히 휠바디에 거의 접하여 끝남을 특징으로 하는 전동장치 유니트.
- 제1항 내지 제3항에 있어서, 상기 전동장치 유니트는 로터축(7,7a)이 부유함을, 특히 2열의 로울러 베어링을 사용하므로써 축을 받치고 있음을 특징으로 하는 전동장치 유니트.
- 제1항 내지 제4항에 있어서, 상기 전동장치 유니트는 커플링 장치가 관절축을 위하여 로터축(7,7a)의 자유극과 확고하게 결합되는 접합 플랜지(26)로서 형성되는 전동장치 유니트.
- 제1항 내지 제4항에 있어서, 상기 전동장치 유니트는 커플링 장치가 관절축을 위한 접합 플랜지(25)를 갖춘 회전수를 감소히키는 유성기어로서 형성되며, 거기에서 유싱기어(10)의 태양휠(8)은 로터축(7)의 자유극과 확고하게 결합되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 전동장치 유니트.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 전동장치 유니트는 축받이가 최소한 세개의 주요기능부(태양휠(8), 유성판(6), 오목휠(9))중 두개가 코일로 휘감긴 스테이터(5)에 의해 에워싸인 공간부의 내부에 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 전동 장치 유니트.
- 제1항 내지 제7항에 있어서, 상기 전동장치 유니트는 로터축(7,7a)이 오목축으로서 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 전동장치 유니트.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 전동장치 유니트는 로터의 본래 원판 모양의 휠바디가 높은 로터축(7,7a)이 덧대어진 심층견인부(Tiefziehteil)로서 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 전동장치 유니트.
- 제6항에 내지 제9항에 있어서, 상기 전동장치 유니트는 바퀴살통바디(6)가 유성판 및 오목휠(9)에 유성기어(10)의 역전선기어부를 형성함을 특징으로 하는 전동장치 유니트.
- 제6항 내지 제9항에 있어서, 상기 전동장치 유니트는 오목휠(9)이 전기모터(1)의 케이싱(3)과 확고하게 결합하거나 또는 덧대어져 형성되며 유성판은 유성기어의 역전선기어부를 형성함을 특징으로 하는 전동장치 유니트.
- 제1항 내지 제11항에 있어서, 상기 전동장치 유니트는 로터(2)가 다수의 영구자석(12)을 장치하고 있는 코일이 휘감겨진 스테이터(5)를 위한 전류를 전기적으로 전송시킴을 특징으로 하는 전동장치 유니트.
- 제1항 내지 제12항에 있어서, 상기 전동장치 유니트는 스테이터(4)의 코일부(5)가 냉매전달관(15)에 접하여 그 내부에 또는 독립적으로 설치되며, 이 관은 냉매유입부(13)와 냉매배출부(14)를 갖추고 있으며, 유성기어(10)의 공간부 둘레를 선회함을 특징으로 하는 전동장치 유니트.
- 제1항 내지 제13항에 있어서, 상기 전동장치 유니트는 두개의 전기기관(1)중 하나는 전기모터로서 그리고 다른 하나는 발전기로서 형성되며, 그 전기모터는 전기적인 조정에 의해 영향을 받는 작동 전기로 전기적인 기어의 의미에서 발전기에서 자신의 전기 공급부와 접속되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 전동장치 유니트.
- 제1항 내지 제14항에 있어서, 상기 전동장치 유니트는 케이싱(3)에 인접하여 멀리 작용할 수 있는 빗장이 두개의 전기기관(1) 사이의 분할면의 영역 안에 위치해 있고, 그 빗장은 로터(2)에 인접하여 차단흉내의 작용에서 맞물려 있음을 특징으로 하는 전동장치 유니트.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
