Abstract
리버스 롤러 코터를 사용하여, 도료팬 중의 도료를 픽업 롤러 위에 설치한 독터 바와 픽업 롤러에 의하여 형성된 간극을 통과시키고, 픽업 롤러 위에 도막을 형성하고, 이어서 픽업 롤러에 대하여 역회전하고 있는 도장 롤러의 표면위에 픽업 롤러 위의 도료의 일부 내지 거의 전부를 전사(轉寫)하고, 잇따라 도장 롤러의 회전방향에 대하여 역방향으로 이동하는 기판표면 위에 도장 롤러 위의 도료의 일부 내지 거의 전부를 전사하는 연속 도장 방법에 있어서, 픽업 롤러(8)에 대하여 같은 방향으로 회전하고 있는 메탈링 롤러(12)를 픽업 롤러(8)에 근접하게 설치하고 픽업 롤러(8)와 메탈링 롤러(12)와의 사이에 메니스커스(T)를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 도장 방법.

Claims (1)
- 리버스 롤러 코터를 사용하여 도료팬 중의 도료를 픽업 롤러 위에 설치한 독터 바와 픽업 롤러에 의하여 형성된 간극을 통과시키고, 픽업 롤러 위에 도막을 형성하고, 이어서 픽업 롤러에 대하여 역회전하고 있는 도장 롤러의 표면 위에 픽업 롤러 위의 도료의 일부 내지 거의 전부를 전사하고, 잇따라 도장 롤러의 회전 방향에 대하여 역방향으로 이동하는 기판표면 위에 도장 롤러 위의 도료의 일부 내지 거의 전부를 전사하는 연속 도장 방법에 있어서, 픽업 롤러에 대하여 같은 방향으로 회전하는 메탈링 롤러를 픽업 롤러에 근접하게 설치하고, 픽업 롤러와 메탈링 롤러와의 사이에 도료의 메니스커스를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 도장 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
