Abstract

본 링과 지그는 양측가장자리에 내측으로 굴곡하는 받이리브(21)를 갖는 커버체(2)와, 이 커버체내에 배열설치되고 외축가장자리를 받이리브(21)에 유지시킴과 동시에 내측가장자리끼리를 산절 및 곡절가능하게 맞댄 한쌍의 작동판(3A,3B)과, 기단을 이들 작동판에 지지시킴과 동시에 선단측을 커버체의 투시창을 통하여 외부로 뻗어내고 상기 작동판의 산절 및 곡절동작에 따라서 개폐하는 쌍으로 이루어진 철간(4A,4B)과, 작동판에 첨부설치되고 커버체의 길이방향으로 진퇴가능한 슬라이드체(8)와, 커버체의 길이방향의 일단부에 추착된 회동조작레버(7)를 구비하여 이루어진다.
그리고, 이 회동조작레버의 회동동작에 의해 상기 슬라이드체를 진퇴동작시켜서 상기 철간을 개폐시킬 수 있도록 함과 동시에 상기 슬라이드체의 후퇴동작에 의해 작동판의 움직임을 구속하여 철간을 닫힘위치로 로크할 수 있도록 하고 있다.

Claims (5)

  1. 양측 가장자리에 내측으로 굴곡하는 받이리브를 구비한 커버체와, 이 커버체내에 배열설치되고 외측가장자리를 받이리브에 유지시킴과 동시에 내측가장자리끼리를 산절 및 곡절 가능하게 맞댄 한쌍의 작동판과, 기단이 이를 작동판에 지지됨과 동시에 선단측이 커버체의 투시창을 통하여 외부로 뻗어나와 있고 상기 작동판의 산절 및 곡절의 동작에 따라서 개폐하는, 쌍으로 이루어진 철간과, 작동판에 첨가 설치되고 커버체의 길이방향으로 진퇴 가능한 슬라이드체와, 커버체의 길이방향의 일단부에 추착된 회동조작레버와, 이 회동조작레버의 회동조작을 상기 슬라이드체의 진퇴동작으로 변환하는 동작변환수단과, 상기 슬라이드체의 소요 부위에 설치되고 슬라이드체의 전진 또는 후퇴동작에 따라서 작동판을 곡절 상태로부터 산절상태로까지 가압하는 열림가압수단과, 상기 슬라이드체의 소요 부위에 설치되고 슬라이드체의 후퇴 또는 전진동작에 따라서 작동판에 걸어맞춤되어 그 작동판을 곡절상태로 구속하는 로크수단을 구비하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 링과 지그.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 양 작동판의 맞댐부분에 개구부를 설치함과 동시에 슬라이드체에 상기 개구부에 삽입되는 돌기를 설치한 것으로서, 그 돌기의 전단 또는 후단에 열림가압수단인 경사캠면을 설치함과 동시에 후단 또는 전단에 로크수단인 오목부를 설치하고, 그 돌기를 길이방향의 중앙가까이에 배치된 철간의 근방에 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 링과 지그.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 슬라이드부재에 복수의 돌기를 설치함과 동시에 그 슬라이드부재의 돌기사이에 위치하는 부위에 진퇴방향으로 뻗은 긴구멍을 설치하고, 이 긴구멍에 슬라이드 가능하게 관통된 고정핀에 의해 슬라이드부재를 안내 유지한 것을 특징으로 하는 링과 지그.
  4. 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 회동조작레버는 커버체의 단부에 추착된 수하편과, 이 수하편의 하단으로부터 외방으로 뻗어나온 연출편과, 이 연출편의 외방단으로부터 수하편과 평행하게 기립하는 기립편과, 이 기립편의 상단에 일체로 설치된 조작부를 구비하여 이루어지는 것이고, 동작변환수단은 상기 연출편과 기립편의 경계부분에 투시구멍을 뚫음과 동시에 슬라이드판의 외방단에 굴곡기립편을 설치하고 이 굴곡기립편을 상기 투시구멍에 걸어맞춤시킴으로써 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 링과 지그.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 수하편에 굴곡기립편과의 간섭을 방지하기 위한 오목부를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 링과 지그.
