Abstract
비금속 재질의 특히 경질의 취성 재료소 된 판 또는 층에 패턴으로 배치된 복수개의 개구를 갖는(금속)마스크가 제공되고 난 후, 상기 판 또는 층은 하나 이상의 연마 분말 입자 제트에 노출되며 이 쟤트는 판에 대해 이동한다. 마스크의 노출면에는 공정중에 분말 입자 제트에 의해 기계적 응력이 발생하지 않도록 코팅이 제공된다. 연질의 탄성 래커와 점착성의 접착제 또는 레커 형태가 적합하다.

Claims (6)
- 비금속 재질의 판 또는 층에 패턴으로 배치된 복수개의 공동 및 개구를 제공하는 방법으로서, 상기 패턴은, 연마 분말 입자의 제트를 하나 이상 생성하는 단계와, 상기 패턴은, 연마 분말 입자의 제트를 하나 이상 생성하는 단계와, 상기 제트를 판이나 층의 표면상으로 향하게 하는 단계와, 상기 제트가 표면에 부딪히는 영역을 제한하는 단계 및, 분말 입자의 제트에 의해 공정중에 마스크에 기계적(압축)응력이 발생하는 것을 방지하는 층으로 코팅된 제트 분사면을 가지며 상기 제트가 표면으로 부딪히는 영역을 제한하는 마스크를 사용하여 제트와 판 또는 층 사이에서 상대 운동을 향하는 단계에 의해 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 코팅은 폴리우레탄이나 에폭시를 기초로 한 래커를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 코팅은 점착면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항, 2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 코팅될 마스크 부위에는 접착제 원료가 미리 제공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 비금속 재질의 판에 패턴으로 배치된 복수개의 공동 및 개구를 제공하는 방법으로서, 상기 패턴이, 연마분말 입자의 제트를 하나 이상 생성하는 단계와, 상기 제트를 판이나 층의 표면상으로 향하게 하는 단계와, 상기 제트가 표면에 부딪히는 영역을 제한하는 단계 및, 상기 제트가 표면에 부딪히는 영역을 제한하기 위해 개구 패턴을 구비하는 마스크를 사용하여 제트와 판 사이에서 상대 운동을 행하는 단계에 의해 만들어지는 방법에 있어서, 상기 마스크에는 판에 하나 이상의 정렬 수단을 형성하기 위한 부가의 개구 패턴이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 부가의 개구 패턴에 의해 상기 판에는 위치 설정 수단으로서 하나 이상의 홈이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
