Abstract

PURPOSE: The curable resin layer is formed on the base material and when the resin becomes half-cured, grooved-patterns are made on the resin-layer side of the base material, then the above resin layer is cured and a plurality of base materials are bonded.
CONSTITUTION: A curable resin layer 2 is formed on one side surface A of base material 1 and the resin is half-cured. Then, fine-pattern 3 is formed on the surface A by mechanical cutting or beam fabrication, for example, the thickness of the resin layer 2 is preferably 0.5W10 micron, when fine pattern with 10W100 micron depth is formed. Further, the base material with fine pattern 1 is integrated with another base material 4 by bonding them using the surface with the pattern as the bonding surface.
