Abstract
폴리알케닐 방향족 커플링제 코어로 부터 바깥쪽으로 뻗은 비닐 방향족 탄화수소 및/또는 공액 디엔 중합체 아암 및 폴리디메틸실록산 아암으로 구성된 성상 블록 공중합체를 먼저 비닐 방향족 탄화수소 및/또는 공액 디엔을 음이온 중합시켜 리빙 중합체 아암을 생성하고, 리빙 중합체 아암을 폴리알케닐 방향족 커플링제와 반응시켜 그에 아암을 커플링시키고, 상기 커플링 생성물을 극성 촉진제 존재하에 헥사메틸시클로트리실록산과 중합시키고나서 중합을 종결하여 생성한다.

Claims (12)
- 하기로 구성되는 성상 블록 공중합체; (a) 모노비닐 방향족 탄화수소, 공액디엔 및 상기의 혼합물로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 음이온 중합 단량체의 세개 이상의 아암, (b) 폴리디메틸실록산의 세개 이상의 아암, 및 (c) 그로부터 (a) 및 (b)의 아암이 바깥쪽으로 뻗은 폴리알케닐 방향족 커플링제의 코머.
- 제1항에 있어서, (a)아암 10-35개 및 (b)의 아암 10-35개를 갖는 성상블록 공중합체.
- 제2항에 있어서, (a)아암 15-25개 및 (b)의 아암 15-25개를 갖는 성상블록 공중합체.
- 제1-3항 중 임의의 한 항에 있어서, 모노비닐 방향족 탄화수소가 스티렌이고 폴리알케닐 방향족 커플링제가 디비닐벤젠인 성상 블록 공중합체.
- 제4항에 있어서, 음이온 중합 아암(들)이 하나 이상의 폴리스티렌 블록 및 하나 이상의 폴리(공액 디엔)블록을 함유한 성상 블록 공중합체.
- 제5항에 있어서, 공액 디엔이 이소프렌 또는 부타디엔인 성상 블록 공중합체.
- 하기의 후속 단계들로 구성된 제1-6항 중 임의의 한 항에서 청구된 성상 블록 공중합체를 제조하는 방법; (a) 음이온 중합가능 단량체(들)을 음이온 중합하여 리빙 중합체 아암을 생성하고, (b)단계(a)로 부터 결과 얻은 리빙 중합체 앙암을 폴리알케닐 방향족 커플링제와 반응시켜 그에 아암을 커플링시키고, (c)단계(b)의 생성물을 극성 촉진제 존재하에 헥사메틸시클로트리실록산과 중합시키고, 그리고 (d)중합을 종결한다.
- 제7항에 있어서, 단계(a)는 0-100℃의 온도에서 수행하고, 단계(b)는 40-100℃ 온도에서 수행하고 디비닐벤젠 대 리빙 중합체 아암의 몰비는 1:1-6:1이고 단계(c)는 30-120℃ 온도에서 수행하고 헥사메틸시클로트리실록산의 농도는 1-25중량%이고 극성 촉진제의 농도는 100ppm 내지 필수적으로 100 중량%인 방법.
- 제7 또는 8항에 있어서, 음이온 중합가능 단량체가 스티렌이고 폴리알케닐 방향족 커플링제가 디비닐벤젠인 방법.
- 제7-9항 중 임의의 한 항에 있어서, 단계(c)를 먼저 단계(b)의 생성물에 헥사메틸시클로트리실록산 일부를 첨가하고 50-80℃에서 0.5-4시간 동안 반응을 진행시켜 중합을 개시하고나서 나머지 헥사메틸 시클로트리실록산을 첨가하고 60-120℃에서 1-4시간 동안 반응이 완결될 때까지 진행시켜 수행하는 방법.
- 제7-10항중 임의의 한 항에 있어서, (a)의 아암이 하나 이상의 공액 디엔을 함유하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 공액 디엔이 이소프렌 부타디엔인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
