Abstract

본 발명은 자심재료용의 비정질 연자성합금, 특히 비정질형 성능과 각형 비특성이 양호한 비정질 연자성 합금에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에서는 특히, 각형 비특성을 저해하지 않으면서 B의 조성비를 종래 기술에서의 한계치인 9원자%를 상회하여 11∼13원자%까지 포함시키는 것이 가능하여 비정질형 성능의 향상을 도모할 수 있는 비정질 연자성 합금이 제공된다.

  1. 기본식(Co1-x1-x2Fex1Mx2)x3Bx4Si100-x3-x4로 표시되고, 여기에서 M은 Cr,Ni,Mo,Mn에서 선택된 1종류 이상의 원소이고, x1,x2,x3는 각각 0x1 0.10, 0x2 0.10, 70x3 79로 되는 비정질 연자성 합금에 있어서, B의 조성비 x4는 11.0≤x4≤13.0임을 특징으로 하는 비정질 연자성 합금.
