Abstract

디스크 전후의 상하경기를 억지한다.
디스크(D)의 주연(De)를 끼워서, 디스크(D)를 이송하는 디스크 이송장치로서, 디스크(D)의 이송방향에 따라서, 디스크(D)의 한쪽면(D1)에 걸어맞춤가능한 가이드면(11D)와, 가이드면(11D)에 대하여 경사하고, 디스크(D)의 다른쪽면(Du)와 주연(De)와로 형성되는 각부(Dc)에 걸어맞춤가능한 경사면(12B)를 구비한 고정측 디스크 가이드부(1003)와, 디스크의 주연(De)를 구동하여, 디스크를 경사면에 대하여 회전이송하는 타이밍 베트를 구비한 구동측 디스크 가이드부로 구성된다.

Claims (8)

  1. 디스크의 주연을 끼워서 상기 디스크를 이송하는 디스크 이송장치에 있어서, 상기 디스크의 한쪽면에 걸어맞춤가능한 가이드면과, 상기 가이드면에 대하여 경사하여, 상기 디스크의 다른쪽면과 주연에 의해 형성되는 각부에 걸어맞춤가능한 경사면을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 이송장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가이드면은 마찰계수가 낮은 재료로 형성되어 있고, 상기 경사면은 마찰계수가 높은 재료로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 이송장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 경사면은 상기 가이드면에 대하여 약 45도 내지 약 75도의 각도로 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 이송장치.
  4. 디스크의 주연을 끼워서 상기 디스크를 이송하는 디스크 이송장치에 있어서, 디스크의 이송방향에 연하여 상기 디스크의 한쪽면에 걸어맞춤가능한 가이드면과, 상기 가이드면에 대하여 경사하여 상기 디스크의 다른쪽면과 주연으로 형성되는 각부에 걸어맞춤가능한 경사면을 구비한 제1의 디스크 이송수단과, 상기 디스크의 주연을 구동하고 상기 디스크를 상기 경사면에 대하여 회전이송하는 구동수을 구비한 제2의 디스크 이송수단으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 이송장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 가이드면은 마찰계수가 낮은 재료로 형성되고, 상기 경사면은 마찰계수가 높은 재료로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 이송장치.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 경사면은 상기 가이드면에 대하여 약 45도 내지 약 75도의 각도로 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 이송장치.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 구동수단은 적어도 2개의 풀리 사이에 장치되고, 상기 디스크의 주연과 걸어맞춤가능한 벨트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 이송장치.
  8. 제2의 디스크 이송수단은 상기 디스크의 상면 및 하면에 걸어맞춤가능하고, 상기 디스크의 두께보다 폭이 넓은 가이드부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스크 이송장치.
