Abstract
본 발명은 아연도금강판의 크로메이트 처리에 사용되는 용액에 관한 것으로, 아연도금강판의 황분제거가 가능할 뿐만아니라 저온에서 장시간 보관시에도 특성열화가 없는 용액 안정성이 우수한 아연도금강판용 크로메이트 처리용액을 제공하고자 하는데, 그 목적이 있다.
상기한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은 크롬 6가 이온:5~20g/ℓ, 상기 크롬 6가 이온으로부터 환원된 크롬 3가의 비율:15~45%, 인산:4~15g/ℓ, 지르코늄 이온:0.1~0.7g/ℓ, 코발트 이온:0.1~0.3g/ℓ, 및 나머지: 물로 조성되는 용액 안정성이 우수한 아연도금강판용 크로메이트 처리용액을 제공함을 그 요지로 한다.

- 크롬 6가 이온:5~20g/ℓ, 상기 크롬 6가 이온으로부터 환원된 크롬 3가의 비율:15~45%, 인산:4~15g/ℓ, 지르코늄 이온:0.1~0.7g/ℓ, 코발트 이온:0.1~0.3g/ℓ, 및 나머지: 물로 조성됨을 특징으로 하는 용액 안정성이 우수한 아연도금강판용 크로메이트 처리용액.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
