Abstract

본 발명은 크로메이트 처리용액의 성분과 그 조합비를 조정하므로서 내식식이 우수한 아연도금 강판용 크로메이트 처리영액을 제공하고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 발명은 무수크롬산(CrO3)의 농도가 10∼50g/ℓ인 무수크롬산 수용액에 환원제를 첨가하여 크롬 6가로부처 환원된 크롬 3가의 양을 용액중 총크롬농도의 15∼45%가 되도록 환원시킨 다음, 15∼40g/ℓ의 인산, 0.2∼0.6g/ℓ의 코발트 이온 및 의 실리카졸을 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성이 우수한 아연도금 강판용 크로메이트 처리용액의 제조방법을 제공함을 그 요지로 한다.

Claims (3)

  1. 무수크롬산(CrO3)의 농도가 10∼50g/ℓ인 무수크롬산 수용액에 환원제를 첨가하여 크롬6가로부터 환원된 크롬 3가의 양을 용액중 총크롬농도의 15∼45%가 되도록 환원시킨 다음, 15∼45g/ℓ의 인산, 0.2∼0.6g/ℓ의 코발트 이온 및 20~50g/ℓ의 실리카졸을 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성리 우수한 아연도금 강판용 크로메이드 처리용액의 제조방법,
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 환원제는 에틸알콜, 메칠알콜, 및 에틸렌 글리콜로 이우어진 그룹중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 내식성이 우수한 아연 도금강판용 크로메이트 처리용액의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 코발드 이온은 CoSO4또는 CoSO4·7H2O 중에서 선택된 1종의 코발트 황화물 형태로 첨가됨을 특징으로 하는 내식성이 우수한 아연도금 강판용 크로메이트 처리용액의 제조방법.
