Abstract

본 발명은 크로메이트 처리용액과 방법을 개선함으로서 표면외관 및 내식성이 우수하고 또한 전기스팟 용접성이 우수한 크로메이트 피막을 형성시키는 방법을 제공하고자 하는데, 그 목적이 있다.
본 발명은 아연도금강판에 크로메이트 피막을 형성시키는 방법에 있어서, 총크롬농도 : 5-25g/ℓ, 상기 총크롬농도 대비 환원된 크롬3가 이온비율 : 20-50%, 실리카 고형분 : 80-100g/ℓ, 아크릴 에멀젼 수지 고형분 : 0.1-20g/ℓ로 조성되고, 초산, 인산 및 개미산 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상이 첨가되어 용액의 pH가 3-4로 조절된 크로메이트 처리용액을 상기 강판에 도포한 후 수세처리없이 건조하여 피막부착량을 100-1000mg/㎡, 상기 피막중의 Cr부착량을 30-200mg/㎡가 되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면외관, 내식성 및 용접성이 우수한 크로메이트 피막 형성방법에 관한 것을 그 요지로 한다.

Claims (3)

  1. 아연계 도금강판에 크로메이트 피막을 형성시키는 방법에 있어서, 총 크롬농도 : 5-25g/ℓ, 상기 총크롬농도 대비 환원된 크롬3가 이온비율 : 20-50%, 실리카 고형분 : 80-100g/ℓ, 아크릴 에멀젼 수지 고형분 : 0.1-20g/ℓ로 조성되고, 초산, 인산 및 개미산 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상이 첨가되어 용액의 pH가 3-4로 조절된 크로메이트 처리용액을 상기 강판에 도포한 후 수세처리없이 건조하여 피막부착량 : 100-1000mg/㎡, 상기 피막중의 Cr부착량을 30-200mg/㎡이 되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면외관, 내식성 및 용접성이 우수한 크로메이트 피막 형성방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 총크롬 농도가 무수크롬산, 중크롬산 나트륨 및 중크롬산 칼륨 중에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상과 스트론티움 크로메이트를 첨가하여 조성되고, 상기 스트론티움 크로메이트의 첨가량은 총 크롬농도의 1-20%가 되도록 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표면외관, 내식성 및 용접성이 우수한 크로메이트 피막 형성방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 실리카 고형분은 상기 실리카 표면이 알루미네이트 이온으로 처리되고, 그 실리카 평균입자크기가 18-22um인 콜로이달 실리카로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 표면외관, 내식성 및 용접성이 우수한 크로메이트 피막 형성방법.
