Abstract

본 발명은 내식 내마모성이 우수한 철기합금조성물과 이를 이용한 마찰마모부재 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 특히 마찰마모부위 또는 부식마모부위에 코팅되거나 부품 주조시 사용될 때 우수한 내식성 및 내마모성을 발휘할 수 있도록 된 것으로, 본 발명에 의한 내식 내마모용 부재는, 중량%로 Cr 20.0~36.0%, B 2.5~5.0%, Mn 0.5~3.2%, Si 0.05~0.6%, Mn 0.3~2.5%, V 0.05~0.3%, Nb 0.03~0.3%, P 0.5% 이하 C 0.3% 이하 및 잔량의 Fe와 필연적으로 함유되는 불순물로 구성된다.

내식, 내마모성이 우수한 철기합금 및 이를 이용한 내식 내마모용 부재의 제조방법

Claims (8)

  1. 중량%로 Cr 20.0~36.0%, B 2.5~5.0%, Mo 0.5~3.2%, Si 0.05~0.6%, Mn 0.3~2.5%, V 0.05~0.3%, Nb 0.03~0.3%, P 0.5% 이하 C 0.3% 이하 및 잔량의 Fe와 필연적으로 함유되는 불순물로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 내식 내마모용 철기합금.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, Cr 26.0~28.0%, B 3.2~3.6%, Mn 0.3~1.0%, Mo 0.5~1.6%, Si 0.2~0.5%. V 0.1~0.3%, Nb 0.05~0.2% 및 기타 P.C의 합이 0.5% 이하로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 내식 내마모용 철기합금.
  3. 제1항에 규정된 합금으로 제조한 분말을 내재한 코어드와이어를 각종 마모부재의 표면에 용사 또는 육성 용접함을 특징으로 하는 내식 내마모용 부재의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 규정된 합금으로 제조한 분말을 이용하여 기판위에 슬러리 코팅을 행한다음 유도가열 또는 전기로에서 가열하여 코팅한 모재를 프레스로 절단가공하여 이를 말아서 성형하는 내식내마모용 부재의 제조방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 플라즈마, 아아크, 화력등을 이용하여 용사 함으로서 내식 내마모용 코팅재료를 코팅함을 특징으로 하는 내식 내마모용 부재의 제조방법.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 내식 내마모용 코팅재료를 타켓트로 사용하여 스퍼터링공정을 통해 코팅함을 특징으로 하는 내식 내마모용 부재의 제조방법.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 내식 내마모용 코팅재료를 원료로 하여 이온 플레이팅 또는 중착공정을 통해 코팅함을 특징으로 하는 내식 내마모용 부재의 제조방법.
  8. 면압이 200kgf/㎠ 이상인 마찰면에 대해 HV500 이상의 경도를 갖는 코팅층을 0.1~0.7㎜로서 코팅함을 특징으로 하는 내식 내마모용 부재의 제조방법.
