Abstract

물에 대한 용해도가 6% 미만인 유기 용매; 음이온성 계면활성제; 및 임의의 비-이온성 계면활성제로 마이크로에멀션 조성물을 형성함으로써 무기 금속염 혹은 과산화수소를 사용하지 않고 5-클로로-2-메틸-4-이소티아졸린-3-온 및 2-메틸-4-이소티아졸린-3-온으로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 최소 하나의 3-이소티아졸론 0.5∼약 5중량%로된 희석액을 안정화하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (10)

  1. A. 5-클로로-2-메틸-4-이소티아졸린-3-온 및 2-메틸-4-이소티아졸린-3-온으로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 최소 하나의 3-이소티아졸론 0.5∼5중량%; B. 물; C. 물에 대한 용해도가 6% 미만인 유기용매; D. 음이온성 계면활성제; E. 임의로 비-이온성 계면활성제;를 포함하며, (a) 마이크로에멀션 형태이며 (b) 어떠한 무기 금속염이 함유되지 않은 조성물.
  2. 1항에 있어서, 상기 A는 5-클로로-2-메틸-4-이소티아졸린-3-온 및 2-메틸-4-이소티아졸린-3-온의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  3. 1항에 있어서, 상기 용매는 벤질알코올, 페녹시에탄올, 톨루엔, 알킬 벤젠, 디이소부틸 케톤, 에스테르 및 크실렌으로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되며, 상기 비이온성 계면활성제는 에톡시화된 아주까리 기름; 옥틸 페놀 에톡시레이트; 에톡시화된 C12알코올; 및 polysorbate 80으로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되며; 상기 음이온성 계면활성제는 칼슘 알킬아릴 술포네이드; 소디움 술포숙신산의 디아밀 에스테르; 암모늄 라우레스, 술페이트; 착물 유기 포스페이트 에스테르의 유리산; 소디움 라우레스 술페이트; 및 술페이트화된 아주까리기름으로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  4. 1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 나아가 부틸화된 히드록시톨루엔, 하이드로퀴논 및 프로필 갈레이트로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 하나 또는 그 이상의 안정화제를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  5. 1항에 있어서, 상기 화합물 A는 A가 5-클로로-2-메틸-4-이소티아졸린-3-온을 포함하며, 55℃에서 1주간 저장한 후 단지 40%의 5-클로로-2-메틸-4-이소티아졸린-3-온만이 퇴화될 정도로 안정함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  6. 1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 D 및 E를 3∼30중량% 포함함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  7. 1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 C를 2∼20중량% 포함함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  8. 1항에 있어서, 상기 C는 벤질 알코올 혹은 페녹시에탄올이며, 상기 조성물은 나아가 부틸화된 히드록시톨루엔 및 하이드로퀴논 안정화제의 혼합물을 포함하며, C : 상기 포함된 안정화제의 비는 70 : 30∼90 : 10임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  9. 1항에 있어서, 상기 각 성분은 A=1∼2%; C=5∼15%; D와 E는 합하여 1∼20%로 존재함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  10. 5-클로로-2-메틸-4-이소티아졸린-3-온 및 2-메틸-4-이소티아졸린-3-온으로부터 선택된 3-이소티아졸론 화합물 0.5∼5부와 유기용매; 비-이온성 계면활성제; 및 음이온성 계면활성제 및 100부가 되도록 물 및 무기 금속염을 제외한 임의의 부가화합물을 마이크로에멀션을 형성하기에 적절한 비율로 혼합하여 상기 화합물의 마이크로에멀션을 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 5-클로로-2-메틸-4-이소티아졸린-3-온 및 2-메틸-4-이소티아졸린-3-온으로 구성되는 그룹되는부터 선택된 3-이소티아졸론화합물의 안정화 방법.
