Abstract
본 발명은 고기능성 종이 대용 고분자 필름에 관한 것으로, 폴리에스테르 100중량부를 기준으로 스틸벤계 또는 옥사졸계 염료 0.0005 내지 0.5중량부, 산가 1.0㎎KOH/ 이하의 술폰산 금속염 유도체 0.01 내지 1.0중량부, 힌더드(hindered) 페놀계 화합물 0.005 내지 0.5중량부, 평균 입경 0.1 내지 2㎛인 무기입자 1.0 내지 15중량부 및 평균입경 1.0 내지 5.0㎛의 규소 화합물 0.5 내지 4.5중량부를 포함하는, 주반복 단위의 60중량% 이상이 에틸렌테레프탈레이트로 이루어진 극한점도 0.5 내지 0.8㎗/ 의 폴리에스테르 수지 70 내지 95중량부와, 용융지수 1.0 내지 20 /10분의 폴리올레핀 수지 5 내지 30중량부가 혼합된 고분자 필름은 은폐성이 우수하고, 경량화된 무광택 필름으로서 종이 대용품 등으로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.

Claims (4)
- 폴리에스테르 100중량부를 기준으로 스틸벤계 또는 옥사졸계 염료 0.0005 내지 0.5중량부, 산가 1.0㎎KOH/ 이하의 술폰산 금속염 유도체 0.01 내지 1.0중량부, 힌더드(hindered) 페놀계 화합물 0.005 내지 0.5중량부, 평균 입경 0.1 내지 2㎛인 무기입자 1.0 내지 15중량부 및 평균 입경 1.0 내지 5.0㎛의 규소 화합물 0.5 내지 4.5중량부를 포함하는, 주반복 단위의 60중량% 이상이 에틸렌테레프탈레이트로 이루어진 극한점도 0.5 내지 0.8㎗/ 의 폴리에스테르 수지 70 내지 95중량부와, 용융지수 1.0 내지 20 /10분의 폴리올레핀 수지 5 내지 30중량부가 혼합된 고분자 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 설폰산 금속염 유도체가 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 필름 :R1C6H4-SO3Me (Ⅰ)상기 식에서, R1은 탄소수 5 내지 20개의 알킬기를 나타내고, Me은 알칼리 금속 또는 알킬리 토금속이다
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무기 입자가 황산바륨, 이산화티탄, 틴산칼슘 또는 그들의 혼합물 임을 특징으로 하는 고분자 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 표면 광택도가 10 내지 60%이고, 겉보기 밀도가 0.8 내지 1.2 /cc인 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 필름.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
