Abstract
성형 가공성이 우수하고 액정 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물로 이루어진 내열성, 가스 차단성 및 가솔린 차단성이 우수한 중공 성형체 용기와 이의 제조방법을 제공한다.
[1] 액정 폴리에스테르(A)와 에틸렌 단위(a) 50.0 내지 99.9중량%, 카복실산 글리시딜 에스테르 단위 또는 불포화 글리시딜 에테르 단위(b) 0.1 내지 30.0중량% 및 에틸렌계 불포화 에스테르 단위(c) 0 내지 49.9중량%로 이루어진 에폭시기 함유 에틸렌 공중합체(B)를 함유하고 성분(A)와 성분(B)의 비율이 성분(A)가 56.0 내지 99.0%중량이고 성분(B)가 44.0 내지 1.0중량%인 액정 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물로 이루어진 중공 성형체 용기.
[2] [1]에 따르는 액정 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물로 이루어진 층과 열가소성 수지로 이루어진 층을 함유하는 적층 구조체로구성된 중공 성형체 용기.
[3] 취입 성형으로 제조함을 특징으로 하는, [1] 또는 [2]에 따르는 중공 성형체 용기의 제조방법.

Claims (12)
- 액정 폴리에스테르(A)와 에틸렌 단위(a) 50.0 내지 99.9중량%, 카복실산 글리시딜 에스테르 단위 또는 불포화 글리시딜 에테르 단위(b) 0.1 내지 30.0중량% 및 에틸렌계 불포화 에스테르 단위(c) 0 내지 49.9중량%로 이루어진 에폭시기 함유 에틸렌 공중합체(B)를 함유하고 성분(A)와 성분(B)의 비율이 성분(A)가 56.0 내지 99.9%중량이고 성분(B)가 44.0 내지 1.0중량%인 액정 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물로 이루어진 중공 성형체 용기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(A)의 액정 폴리에스테르가 방향족 디카복실산, 방향족 디올 및 방향족 하이드록시카복실산을 반응시킴으로써 수득되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 중공 성형체 용기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(A)인 액정 폴리에스테르가 상이한 종류의 방향족 하이드록시카복실산의 조합을 반응시킴으로써 수득되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 중공 성형체 용기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 액정 폴리에스테르(A)가 다음의 반복 단위를 함유하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 중공 성형체 용기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(A)인 액정 폴리에스테르가 다음의 반복 단위로 이루어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 중공 성형체 용기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(A)인 액정 폴리에스테르가 다음의 반복 단위로 이루어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 중공 성형체 용기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 액정 폴리에스테르(A)가 다음의 반복 단위로 이루어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 중공 성형체 용기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(B)인 에폭시기 함유 에틸렌 공중합체의 굴곡 강성율 범위가 10 내지 1300㎏/㎤인 중공 성형체 용기.
- 제1항에 따르는 액정 폴리에스테르 수지 조성물로 이루어진 층과 열가소성 수지로 이루어진 층을 갖는 적층 구조체로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 중공 성형체 용기.
- 제9항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지가 폴리올레핀, 폴리에스테르 및 폴리아미드로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 열가소성 수지임을 특징으로 하는 중공 성형체 용기.
- 제9항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지가 고밀도 폴리에틸렌인 중공 성형체 용기.
- 취입 성형으로 제조함을 특징으로 하는 제1항 또는 제9항에 따르는 중공 성형체 용기의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
