Abstract
본 발명은 자동차의 조향장치의 가장 중요한 부분인 핸들을 목재로 형성함에 있어서 다수의 얇은 목재판을 적층되게 롤 형상으로 감아서 접합한 다음 가공한 자동차용 핸들링 및 그 가공방법에 관한 것으로 목재를 권취하기에 알맞은 두께로 켜서 양단면을 얇게 가공하여 이들을 먼저 적어도 2개 이상을 접착연결하여 순차로 말아서 성형함으로써 롤 형상으로 말린 외주면에 얇은 목재판의 단부가 1개 내지 2개 정도만 노출되거나 많아야 3개 정도가 노출되어 제품의 외관미가 뛰어나고 제조공정 진행중 목재의 탄성력에 의하여 롤상으로 권취된 소재가 해체될 염려가 없으며 제작이 손쉬운 동 불량발생을 억제한 것이다.The present invention relates to a car handling and a method for processing the same, which are processed by winding a plurality of thin wooden boards in a roll shape so as to be laminated in forming a steering wheel, which is the most important part of a steering device of a vehicle, to be laminated.
