型帯域を有する化粧シートを基板表面にラミネー
トするラミネート工程と、前記基板の裏面両近傍
に合欠き部を形成する外側合欠き加工工程と、前
記化粧シートの離型帯域を前記板傍方向に切断開
放する化粧シート切開工程と、基板表面の前記化
粧シート切開相当部に前記板傍方向に平行する凹
溝を形成するとともにこの凹溝を縦断して基板を
2分割する内側合欠き加工工程とを含むものであ
るため、2枚の化粧板を従来の製造工程とほぼ同
程度の工程により同時に製造することができ、生
産性を大幅に向上させることができるという効果
を有する。さらに、この発明の施工方法は、化粧
シート側端部をそれぞれ合欠き部壁面に沿うよう
