Abstract

본 발명은 자동차 외판재, 건자재 및 가전제품등에 사용되는 아연-망간 이층도금강판에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 인산염 처리된 아연-망간 이층도금 강판의 망간 도금층 위에 구리를 적정 부착량 범위로 무전해 전착도금 함으로서 인산염 처리성이 우수한 아연-망간 이층도금강판을 제조하는 방법을 제공하고자 하는데, 그 목적이 있다.
상기한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은 강판상에 아연 및 망간을 순차 도금한 후 인산염 처리하는 것을 포함하여 이루어지는 아연-망간 도금강판의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 아연 및 망간의 순차도금 후 망간도금층위에 0.2∼22㎎/㎡의 부착량 범위를 갖도록 구리를 무전해 전착도금하여 인산염 처리성이 우수한 아연-망간 이층도금 강판을 제조하는 방법을 제공함을 그 요지로 한다.

Claims (2)

  1. 강판상에 아연 및 망간을 순차도금한 후 인산연 처리하는 것을 포함하여 이루어지는 아연-망간도금강판의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 아연 및 망간의 순차도금 후 망간도금 층위에 0.2∼22㎎/㎡의 부착량 범위를 갖도록 구리를 무전해 전착도금하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인산염 처리성이 우수한 아연-망간 이층도금 강판을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무전해 전착도금시 도금용액은 농도 : 1∼5g/ℓ, pH : 1.2 ∼ 1.7 범위인 황산구리용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 인산염 처리성이 우수한 아연-망간 이층도금 강판 제조방법.
