Abstract

본 발명은 ⒜ 방향족 또는 지방족 디카르복실산의 2종 이상, 또는 상기 산의 염류의 2종 이상이 혼합물, ⒝ 이미다졸, 벤즈이미다졸, 이미다졸린 및 그의 탄화수소 유도체로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 1,3-디아졸, 및 ⒞ 1종 이상의 트리아졸 화합물을 포함한 부식 억제제 계 및 수용성 액체 알코올 함유하는 부동액 조성물에 관한 것이다. 상기 조성물을 함유하는 수성 액은 뛰어난 부식 방지성 및 특히 액체를 150℃ 이상의 온도에서 열 전달액으로서 사용하는 경우 장시간의 열 안정성을 갖는다.

Claims (18)

  1. 부식억제제 계가 ⒜ 방향족 또는 지방족 디카르복실산의 2종 이상, 또는 상기 산의 알칼리 금속, 암모늄 또는 아민 염의 2종 이상의 혼합물, ⒝ 이미다졸, 벤즈이미다졸, 이미다졸린 및 그의 탄화수소 유도체로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 1,3-디아졸, 및 ⒞ 1종 이상의 트리아졸 화합물을 함유함을 특징으로 하는, 동결점을 저하시키는 수용성 액체 알콜과 상기 부식 억제제 계를 함유하는 부동액 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 디카르복실산이 3 내지 16개의 탄소 원자를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 디카르복실산이 말론산, 아스파르트산, 글루탐산, 글루타닌산, 숙신산, 글루타르산, 아디프산, 아젤라산 및 세박산으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 2종 이상의 디카르복실산의 각각이 C3∼C6의 지방족 디카르복실산으로 구성된 제1군과 C7∼C16의 방향족 또는 지방족 디카르복실산으로 구성된 제2군으로 이루어진 두 개의 상이한 군으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 부식 억제제 계가 2 이상의 C3∼C16지방족 디카르복실산의 혼합물을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 부식 억제제 계가 2 이상의 C3∼C16지방족 디카르복실산의 혼합물을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 디카르복실산 또는 그의 염의 혼합물을 0.1 내지 10중량% 함유함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 1,3-디아졸이 벤즈이미다졸 또는 벤즈이미다졸의 탄화수소 유도체임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 1,3-디아졸이 이미다졸 또는 이미다졸의 탄화수소 유도체임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 1,3-디아졸을 0.01 내지 2중량% 함유함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 트리아졸 화합물이 방향족 트리아졸 화합물임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 트리아졸 화합물이 벤조트리아졸 또는 톨릴트리아졸임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 부식 억제제 계가 벤조트리아졸 및 톨릴트리아졸의 혼합물을 포함하는 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 트리아졸 화합물이 N-치환된 벤조트리아졸 또는 톨릴트리아졸 유도체임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 트리아졸 화합물을 0.01 내지 1중량% 함유함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  16. 제1항에 있어서, 알칼리 금속이 실리케이트, 포스페이트, 몰리브데이트 및/또는 보레이트, 및/또는 알칼리 금속 또는 알칼리 토금속의 니트라이트 또는 니트레이트를 실질적으로 함유하지 않음을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  17. 제1항에 따른 부동액 조성물 10 내지 90중량%와 물을 함유하는, 저하된 동결점을 갖는 수성 열 전달액.
  18. 부식 억제제 계가 ⒜ 방향족 또는 지방족 디카르복실산의 2종 이상, 또는 상기 산의 알칼리 금속, 암모늄 또는 아민 염의 2종 이상의 혼합물, ⒝ 이미다졸, 벤즈이미다졸, 이미다졸린 및 그의 탄화수소 유도체로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 1,3-디아졸, 및 ⒞ 1종 이상의 트리아졸 화합물을 함유함을 특징으로 하는, 액체와 접촉되는 금속의 부식을 감소시키기 위하여, 상기 부식 억제제 계를 첨가에 의해, 동결점을 저하시키는 수용성 액체 알콜을 함유한 수성 액을 처리하는 방법.
