Abstract

본 발명은 유기 안료 또는 유기 염료의 용매 분산액을 사용하여, 전하 발생 재료의 능력을 충분히 발휘시킨 고감도 전자 사진용 유기 감광체의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
전하 발생 재료로서의 유기 안료 또는 유기 염료가 용매 중에 바인더 수지와 함께 분산된 분산액을 사용하여 침지도포법에 의해 전하 발생층을 형성하는 것을 포함하는 전자 사진용 유기 감광체의 제조 방법에 있어서, 미리 구형상의 미세분쇄 매체에 의해 분산되고, 유기 안료의 평균 입자 직경이 0.1㎛ 내지 0.3㎛이 될때까지 분쇄된 액이 분산액으로서 사용된다. 또한, 분산액중의 고형분 대 유기안료의 비율이 5 내지 95중량%이고, 입자 직경이 0.1내지0.3㎜인 구형상의 미세분쇄 매체를 이용하여 소정 시간동안 분사 처리한 후, 상기 매체를 제거한 액이 사용된다. 또한, 분산처리에 이용되는 구형상의 미세분쇄 매체의 중량을 분산에 중량의 0.25배 내지 5배로 한다.

Claims (5)

  1. 전하 발생층을 구비한 전자 사진용 유기 감광체의 제조방법으로서, 구형상의 미세분쇄 매체로 유기 안료 또는 유기 염료를 바인더 수지와 함께 용매에 분산시키고, 평균 입자 직경이 0.1㎛ 내지 0.3㎛이 될 때까지 분쇄하여 분산액을 조제하는 단계; 그리고 상기 분산액을 이용하여 침지도포법에 의해 상기 전하 발생층을 형성하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 전자 사진용 유기 감광체의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 분산액중의 고형성분에 대한 상기 유기 안료 또는 유기 염료의 비율이 5 내지 95중량%임을 특징으로 하는 전자 사진용 유기 감광체의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구형상의 미세분쇄 매체의 입자 직경이 0.1 내지 0.3㎜임을 특징으로 하는 전자 사진용 유기 감광체의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전하 발생층을 형성하는 단계에 앞서, 상기 구형상의 미세분쇄 매체를 상기 분산액으로부터 제거함을 특징으로 하는 전자 사진용 유기 감광체의 제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구형상의 미세분쇄 매체의 중량이 상기 분산액 중량의 0.25배 내지 5배임을 특징으로 하는 전자 사진용 유기 감광체의 제조방법.
