Abstract
본 발명은 Ti5Si3-Cu계 금속간 화합물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게로는 반응소결 및 유사-열간 정수압 성형에 의해 소결성이 향상된 Ti5Si3-Cu계 금속간 화합물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명 티타늄 실리사이드계 금속간 화합물인 Ti5Si3-Cu의 제조에 있어서, Ti 69.5~73.2wt%, Si 24.5~25.8wt% 및 소결첨가제인 Cu 6.0~1.0wt%를 조성으로, 1450℃에서 1~7시간 동안 반응소결하여 소결성을 향상시키는 한편, 반응소결 후 250MPPa의 압력으로 10분~2시간 가압하는 유사-열간 정수압 성형으로 소결밀도를 더욱 향상시킬 뿐만 아니라 반응소결시 잔존하는 기공을 효과적으로 제거하는 데 그 특징이 있다.

Claims (2)
- Ti 69.5~73.2wt%, Si 24.5~25.8wt% 및 Cu 6.0~1.0wt%를 조성으로 하여 1400℃~1500℃에서 1~7시간 동안 반응소결한 후, 250MPa의 압력으로 10분~2시간 유사-열간 정수압 성형으로 것을 특징으로 하는 Ti5Si3-Cu계 금속간 화합물 및 그 제조방법.
- 제1항의 방법에 의해 제조되어 소결성이 향상된 것을 특징으로 하는 Ti5Si3-Cu계 금속간 화합물.참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
