Abstract

본 발명은 (a) 하나 이상의 유리 히드록실기를 가질 수 있는 폴리에테르(메트)아크릴레이트 또는 폴리에스테르(메트)아크릴레이트를, 0.5 내지 60몰%의 (메트)아크릴레이트기가 아미노 화합물과의 미하엘 첨가 생성물의 형태로 존재할 정도로, 하나 이상의 히드록실기를 갖는 일차 또는 이차 아미노 화합물과 반응시키고, (b)계속해서 (a) 포함된 생성물을 이소시아네이트와 반응시킴으로써 수득할 수 있는 우레탄(메트)아크릴레이트에 관한 것이다.

Claims (11)

  1. 하나 이상의 유리 히드록실기를 갖고, 0.5 내지 60몰%의 (메트)아크릴레이트기가 일차 또는 이차 아민과의 미하엘 첨가 생성물의 형태로 존재하는, 폴리에테르(메트)아크릴레이트, 폴리에스테르(메트)아크릴레이트 또는 에폭시(메트)아크릴레이트를 이소시아네이트와 반응시킴으로서 수득할 수 있는 우레탄(메트)아크릴레이트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, ⒜ 하나 이상의 유리 히드록실기를 가질 수 있는 폴리에테르(메트)아크릴레이트, 폴리에스테르(메트)아크릴레이트 및 에폭시(메트)아크릴레이트를, 0.5 내지 60몰%의 (메트)아크릴레이트기가 아미노 화합물과의 미하엘 첨가 생성물의 형태로 존재할 정도로, 하나 이상의 히드록실기를 갖는 일차 또는 이차 아미노 화합물과 반응시키고, ⒝계속해서 ⒜에 포함된 생성물을 이소시아네이트와 반응시킴으로써 수득할 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 우레탄(메트)아크릴레이트.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르아크릴레이트가 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 우레탄(메트)아크릴레이트.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리에테르(메트)아크릴레이트, 폴리에스테르(메트)아크릴레이트 및 에폭시 (메트)아크릴레이트가 분자 중에 1 내지 5개의 (메트)아크릴레이트기를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 우레탄(메트)아크릴레이트.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 0.5 내지 30몰%의 (메트)아크릴레이트기가 2 내지 6개의 아민수소 원자(N-H) 및 히드록실기를 갖는 아미노 화합물의 첨가에 의해 미하엘 첨가 생성물로 전환됨을 특징으로 하는 우레탄(메트)아크릴레이트.
  6. 제1항 내지 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트가 분자 중에 2 내지 5개의 이소시아네이트를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 우레탄(메트)아크릴레이트.
  7. 하나 이상의 유리 히드록실기를 갖고, 0.5 내지 30몰%의 (메트)아크릴레이트기가 일차 또는 이차 아민과의 미하엘 첨가 생성물의 형태로 존재하는, 폴리에테르(메트)아크릴레이트, 폴리에스테르(메트)아크릴레이트 또는 에폭시(메트)아크릴레이트를 이소시아네이트와 반응시키는 것으로 이루어지는 제1항에 따르는 우레탄(메트)아크릴레이트의 제조 방법.
  8. 상기 단계⒜ 및 ⒝를 수행하는 것으로 이루어지는 제2항에 따르는 우레탄(메트)아크릴레이트의 제조방법.
  9. 제7항 또는 8항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트가, 히드록실기에 대해 이소시아네이트기가 거의 등몰일 정도의 양으로 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제1항 내지 9항 중 어느 한 항에 따르는 우레탄(메트)아크릴레이트를 함유하는 방사선 경화성 재료.
  11. 제1항 내지 6항 중 어느 한 항에 따르는 우레탄(메트)아크릴레이트 또는 제10항에 따르는 방사선 경화성재료를 피복 재료로서 사용하는 방법.
