Abstract

본 발명은 물에 희석할 수 있는 방사선 경화성 폴리우레탄 에멀젼 조성물을 제공한다.
활성 아미노기를 함유하는 폴리우레탄 에멀젼을 조제하고 이러한 에멀젼에 중합성 불포화기를 함유하는 이소시아네이트 화합물을 물의 존재하에 반응시킴으로써 중합성 불포화기를 폴리우레탄 골격에 용이하게 도입시킨다.
에멀젼의 폴리우레탄 골격으로 중합성 불포화기를 도입시키는 것이 물의 존재하에 안정적이며 동시에 용이하게 달성될 수 있으므로, 종래 기술에서 염려되던 에멀젼 조제시의 중합 및 겔화 등이 발생되지 않고 공업적 규모로 제조할 수 있는 방사선 경화성 폴리우레탄 에멀젼 조성물을 제공할 수 있다.

Claims (8)

  1. 중합성 불포화기를 함유하는 이소시아네이트 화합물을 물의 존재하에서 활성 아미노기를 함유하는 폴리우레탄 에멀젼에 첨가하고 반응시킴으로써 수득되는 방사선 경화성 폴리우레탄 에멀젼 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 중합성 불포화기를 함유하는 이소시아네이트 화합물의 첨가를 5내지 40℃의 온도에서 실시함으로써 수득되는 방사선 경화성 폴리우레탄 에멀젼 조성물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 중합성 불포화기를 함유하는 이소시아네이트 화합물이, 분자내에 아크릴로일기, 알릴기 및 스티렌기로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 하나 이성의 기와 하나 이상의 이소시아네이트기를 함유하는 화합물인 방사성 경화성 폴리우레탄 에멀젼 조성물.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 활성 아미노기를 함유하는 폴리우레탄 에멀젼이, 두개 이상의 활성 수소를 함유하는 화합물과 유기 폴리이소시아네이트와의 반응에 의해 수득되는 분자 말단에 이소시아네이트기를 갖는 우레탄 예비중합체를 수중에 유화 분산시킨 다음, 물의 존재하에서 동일 분자내에 두개 이상의 1급 아미노기와 하나 이상의 2급 아미노기를 갖는 폴리아민을 첨가하고 반응시킴으로써 수득되는 것인 방사선 경화성 폴리우레탄 에멀젼 조성물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 두개 이상의 활성 수소를 함유하는 화합물이, 분자량이 500 내지 5,000임을 특징으로 하는 방사선 경화성 폴리우레탄 에멀젼 조성물.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 하기 비율의 범위가 1/1 내지 1/0.7인 방사선 경화성 폴리우레탄 에멀젼 조성물.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 폴리아민의 첨가를 5 내지 40℃의 온도에서 실시함으로써 수득된 방사선 경화성 폴리우레탄 에멀젼 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 하기 비율의 범위가 1/1.05 내지 1/0.8인 방사선 경화성 폴리우레탄 에멀젼 조성물.
