Abstract

본 발명은 알콜의 친수성/소수성 혼합물 기재의 선택된 알콜 성분 a) 및 이 소시아네이트 성분 b)로부터 제조되는 수성계의 중점제로서 적합한 수용성 또는 수분산성 폴리우레탄, 및 수성계를 중점시키기 위한 그의 용도에 관한 것이다.

Claims (17)

  1. a) a1)1종 이상의 일반식 R2-O-AyH의 화합물 25 내지 80몰%, a2)1종 이상의 HO-Az-(BO)z′-Az″-H의 화합물 10 내지 60몰%, 및 a3)1종 이상의 HO-R3-OH의 화합물 5 내지 60몰%를 함유한 알콜 성분과, b) 평균 NCO관능도가 1.5 내지 2.5이고, 일반식 R1(NCO)x의 유기 이소시아네이트를 적어도 하나 함유한 이소시아네이트 성분을 0.8:1 내지 1.4:1의 NCO/OH당량비로 반응시킴으로써 제조되고, 여기서, R1은 탄소수 6 내지 28의 지방족, 지환족, 방향족 또는 방향지방족 탄화수소 라디칼 및 임의로 불활성 치환체를 나타내고, R2는 탄소수 12 내지 24의 지방족 탄화수소 라디칼을 나타내고, R3은 탄소수 4 내지 36이 지방족 또는 방향지방족 탄화수소 라디칼 및 임의로 에테르 산소 원자를 나타내고, 단 적어도 3개의 탄소 원자가 두 개 히드록실기 사이에 배열되고, 임의로 존재하는 에테르 산소 원자에 대한 탄소 원자의 수치비가 적어도 2.5:1이고, A)는 탄소수 2 내지 3의 알킬렌옥사이드 라디칼을 나타내고, 이때 탄소수 3의 라디칼의 비는 40몰%를 초과하지 않고, 다른 알킬렌옥사이드 라디칼은 임의의 분포로 존재할 수 있고, B)는 탄소수 2 내지 18의 지방족 탄화수소 라디칼, 탄소수 4 내지 13의 지환족 탄화수소 라디칼 또는 탄소수 6 내지 15의 방향족 탄화수소 라디칼을 나타내고, x는 정수 또는 평균적으로 1.5 내지 2.5의 분수를 나타내고, y는 5 내지 200의 수를 나타내고, z 및 z″는 각각 0 내지 400의 수를 나타내고, 단 z 및 z″의 합은 10 내지 400이고, Z′는 0 또는 1이고, a1), a2) 및 a3)의 합은 총 100%이며, 라디칼 R2와 R3의 중량은 성분 a)의 총 중량을 기준으로 15중량% 미만인, 수성계의 증점제로서 적합한 수용성 또는 수분산성 폴리우레탄.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 NCO/OH 단량비가 0.9:1 내지 1.2:1인 폴리우레탄.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, R2가 탄소수 16 내지 18의 지방족 탄화수소 라디칼을 나타내는 것인 폴리우레탄.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, R2가 탄소수 16 내지 18의 지방족 탄화수소 라디칼을 나타내는 것인 폴리우레탄.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, A가 필수적으로 에틸렌 옥사이드 라디칼을 함유하고, y가 30 내지 150의 수를 나타내고, z 및 z″이 각각 0 내지 300의 수를 나타내고, 단 z와 z″의 합은 100 내지 300이고, z′은 0을 나타내는 것인 폴리우레탄.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, A가 필수적으로 에틸렌 옥사이드 라디칼을 함유하고, y가 30 내지 150의 수를 나타내고, z 및 z″이 각각 0 내지 300의 수를 나타내고, 단 z와 z″의 합은 100 내지 300이고, z′은 0을 나타내는 것인 폴리우레탄.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, A가 필수적으로 에틸렌 옥사이드 라디칼을 함유하고, y가 30 내지 150의 수를 나타내고, z 및 z″이 각각 0 내지 300의 수를 나타내고, 단 z와 z″의 합은 100 내지 300이고, z′은 0을 나타내는 것인 폴리우레탄.
  8. 제4항에 있어서, A가 필수적으로 에틸렌 옥사이드 라디칼을 함유하고, y가 30 내지 150의 수를 나타내고, z 및 z″이 각각 0 내지 300의 수를 나타내고, 단 z와 z″의 합은 100 내지 300이고, z′은 0을 나타내는 것인 폴리우레탄.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 성분 a3)가 필수적으로 탄소수 6 내지 18의 ω,ω′-디히드록시알칸을 함유하는 것인 폴리우레탄.
  10. 제2항에 있어서, 성분 a3)가 필수적으로 탄소수 6 내지 18의 ω,ω′-디히드록시알칸을 함유하는 것인 폴리우레탄.
  11. 제3항에 있어서, 성분 a3)가 필수적으로 탄소수 6 내지 18의 ω,ω′-디히드록시알칸을 함유하는 것인 폴리우레탄.
  12. 제4항에 있어서, 성분 a3)가 필수적으로 탄소수 6 내지 18의 ω,ω′-디히드록시알칸을 함유하는 것인 폴리우레탄.
  13. 제5항에 있어서, 성분 a3)가 필수적으로 탄소수 6 내지 18의 ω,ω′-디히드록시알칸을 함유하는 것인 폴리우레탄.
  14. 제6항에 있어서, 성분 a3)가 필수적으로 탄소수 6 내지 18의 ω,ω′-디히드록시알칸을 함유하는 것인 폴리우레탄.
  15. 제7항에 있어서, 성분 a3)가 필수적으로 탄소수 6 내지 18의 ω,ω′-디히드록시알칸을 함유하는 것인 폴리우레탄.
  16. 제8항에 있어서, 성분 a3)가 필수적으로 탄소수 6 내지 18의 ω,ω′-디히드록시알칸을 함유하는 것인 폴리우레탄.
  17. 수성 폴리머 분산액 및 제1항의 수용성 또는 수분산성 폴리우레탄을 함유하는 조성물.
