Abstract

본 발명은 휘일 실린더 액압의 감압 후에 있어서의 급격한 재중압 작동시에 발생하는 액압의 불규칙 진동을 감쇄하여 휘일 실린더 및 배관 부분에 있어서의 액압의 불규칙 진동을 방지할 수 있는 브레이크 액압 제어장치를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 마스터 실린더(1)과 휘일 실린더(4) 사이의 액로(3)의 도중에 설치되어 휘일 실린더 액압의 중압ㆍ유지ㆍ감압을 행하도록 소정의 조건을 기초로 하여 개폐 제어하는 액압 제어 밸브를 구성하는 감압 밸브(5) 및 중압 밸브(6)를 구비한 브레이크 앱악 제어 장치에 있어서, 액압 제어 밸브와 휘일 실린더(4) 사이를 접속하는 하류측 액로(3b)에 있어서의 액압 제어 밸브 근방 위치에 오리피스(26)을 개재 장착하고, 또 오리피스(26)과 액압 제어 밸브 사이에는 댐퍼실(D)를 형성하였다.

Claims (2)

  1. 마스터 실린더와 휘일 실린더 사이의 액로 도중에 설치되어 휘일 실린더 액압의 중압·유지·감압을 행하도록 소정의 조건을 기초로 하여 개폐 제어하는 액압 제어 밸브를 구비한 브레이크 액압 제어 장치에 있어서, 상기 액압 제어 밸브와 휘일 실린더 사이를 접속하는 액로에 있어서의 액압 제어 밸브 근방 위치에 교축부를 개재 장착하고, 또 상기 교축부와 액압 제어 밸브 사이에는 댐퍼실을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 액압 제어 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 교축부와는 병렬로 휘일 실린더로부터 액압 제어 밸브 방향을 순방향으로 하는 체크 밸브를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 액압 제어 장치.
