Abstract

본 발명은 부모의 관리하에서 아이가 독자적인 판단으로 온라인 서비스에 참가할 수 있도록 한다.
부모는 서버 및 처리용 연산 장치 (1) 매에 미리 가공 계좌 (2)를 설정하고 잔액을 설정한다. 아이가 텔레비전 (4)을 조작하여 소정의 서비스의 제공을 명령하면, 셋트 톱 박스 (3)로부터, 서비스에 대한 차지 요구 및 아이의 ID 정보가 서버 및 처리용 연산 장치 (1)로 송신된다. 서버 및 처리용 연산 장치 (1)는 서비스에 대한 부과 요금인 20달러를 가공 계좌 (2)로부터 자동 이체하고, 크레디트 회사를 통해 부모에게 20달러를 청구 한다. 아이는 가공 계좌 (2)에 설정된 잔액 50달러를 상한으로 하여 허가된 서비스의 제공을 받을 수 있다.

Claims (6)

  1. 서버와 이용자측 단말기가 전송 매체를 통해 접속되며, 상기 서버로부터 소정의 서비스가 상기 전송 매체를 통해 살기 단말기로 제공되며, 상기 서비스에 대한 요금 부과를 상기 이용자로부터 징수하는 요금 부과 방법에 있어서, 상기 서버 내에 상기 이용자의 아이용 가공 계좌를 한도액부로 설치하며, 상기 이용자의 아이에게 제공한 상기 서비스의 요금 부과를 상기 가공 계좌로부터 자동 이체시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 요금 부과 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 서버는 상기 가공 계좌에 설정된 상기 한도액의 범위 내에서 상기 서비스를 상기 이용자의 아이에게 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 요금 부과 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 서버는 상기 요금 부과의 자오 이체를 상기 가공 계좌로부터 행하는 경우, 상기 단말기에 제공 가능한 상기 서비스를 제한하는 것을 특징으로 하는 요금 부과 방법.
  4. 서버와 이용자측 단말기가 전송 매체를 통해 접속되며, 사이 서버로부터 소정의 서비스가 상기 전송 매체를 통해 상기 단말기로 제공되며, 상기 서비스에 대한 요금 부과를 상기 이용자로부터 징수하는 요금 부과 시스템에 있어서, 상기 이용자의 아이용 가공 계좌를 한도액부로 설정하는 설정 수단, 및 상기 이용자의 아이에게 제공한 상기 서비스 요금 부과를 상기 가공 계좌로부터 자동 이체시키는 요금 부과 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 요금 부과 시스템.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 서버는 상기 가공 계좌에 설정된 상기 한도액의 범위 내에서 상기 서비스를 상기 이용자의 아이에게 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 요금 부과 시스템.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 서버는 상기 요금 부과의 자동 이체를 상기 가공 계좌로부터 행하는 경우, 상기 단말기에 제공 가능한 상기 서비스를 제한하는 것을 특징으로 하는 요금 부과 시스템.
