Claims (2)
- 엔코더로부터 발생하는, u, v, w신호의 상태를 판독하여 소정의 전류제어번지를 설정하는 단계; 상기 설정이후 모터가 회전하여 u상의 라이징(폴링)이 발생되면 마이크로프로세서에 의해 소정의 전류제어번지를 설정하는 단계; 및 상기 u상의 라이징(폴링)이 정상적인 것인지 노이즈인지를 판별하여 소정의 전류제어번지를 설정하는 단계를 포함하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 서보 모터 드라이브의 커뮤테이션 에러 방지 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 제어단계에 상기 u상의 라이징(폴링)이 노이즈일 경우 전류 제어번지 설정을 하지 않고 마이크로프로세서가 카운팅한 전류제어번지로 모터를 제어하는 단계를 더 포함하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 서보 모터 드라이브의 커뮤테이션 에러 방지 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
