Abstract
혹한이나 추운날씨에 가연성 가스연료공급부가 엔진을 점화하고 초기시동에 사용되는 2상연료시스템을 이용하는, 촉매변환기를 포함하는 오염제어시스템을 갖춘 내연기관, 엔진이 웜업되고 촉매변환기가 가열됨에 따라 가스연료의 공급은 단절되어가고 액체연료는 도입된다.

제1도는 2상연료시스템을 가진 엔진시스템의 개략도이다,
제2도는 2상연료시스템의 제1실시예에 따른 연료 공급스케줄의 다이어그램이다,
제3도는 2상연료시스템의 제2실시예에 따른 연료공급스케쥴의 다이어그램이다.
Claims (8)
- 깨끗하게 연소하는 가스연료를 보조공급원에 제공하는 단계와, 시동구간 중에 사용되는 연료의 전부가 상기 가스연료가 될 수 있게 엔진시동시 가스연료를 엔진에 공급하는 단계와, 엔진시동후 가스연료의 공급의 단절되는 단계와, 엔진으로 가스연료의 공급이 단절되어 가는 동시에 엔진시동후 액체연료가 도입되는 단계를 포함하는 액체연료공급에 의해 연료를 얻는 내연기관에서 오염배출을 저감하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 깨끗하게 연소하는 가스연료를 보조공급원에 제공하는 단계는 엔진에 공급되는 가스연료의 압력을 조정하기 위한 수단을 가진 압력하의 가스연료용 캐니스터를 제공하는 단계를 포함하는 내연기관에서 오염배출을 저감하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 깨끗하게 연소하는 가스연료를 보조공급원에 제공하는 단계는 엔진에 가스연료를 분사하고 가스연료인젝터를 제공하는 단계를 포함하는 내연기관에서 오염배출을 저감하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 깨끗하게 연소하는 가스연료를 보조공급원에 제공하는 단계는 점화후 가스연료공급을 단절하기 위한 제어수단을 포함하는 내연기관에서 오염배출을 저감하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 깨끗하게 연소하는 가스연료를 보조공급원에 제공하는 단계는, 연료탱크로부터 가솔린증기를 공급하는 단계를 포함하는 내연기관에서 오염배출을 저감하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 엔진은 가솔린증기퍼지회로를 포함하고, 상기 가솔린증기를 공급하는 단계는 엔진의 상기 가솔린퍼지회로를 이용하는 내연기관에서 오염배출을 저감하는 방법.
- 연소실과, 엔진작동을 위한 액체연료공급부와, 엔진으로부터 오염배출을 제어하는 촉매변환기를 포함하는 내연기관에 있어서, 가스연료공급부와, 엔진시동구간중 상기 가스연료공급부로부터 가스연료를 공급하고 점화후 액체연료를 점차적으로 도입하고 촉매변환기를 가열하는 연료공급제어수단을 포함하는 보조연료시스템.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 연료공급제어수단은 촉매변환기가 가열되고 작동되는 것을 결정하는 열적센서수단을 포함하는 보조연료시스템.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
