Abstract
본 발명은 섬유상 제올라이트 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 실리콘과 티타늄 산화물로 구성되는 섬유상 제올라이트는 촉매로의 사용시 흡착과 탈착이 용이하고, 기능성 재료로의 사용이 용이하고, 보강재로 직접 사용할 수 있다.

제1도는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따라 제올라이트 결정입자를 형성시키는데 있어서, 시간의 변화에 따른 결정 크기를 나타내는 그래이프이다,
제2도는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따라 얻어진 제올라이트의 전자회절무늬 사진이다,
제3도는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따라 제올라이트 결정입자를 형성시키는데 있어서, 시간의 변화에 따른 결정화도를 나타내는 그래이프이다.
Claims (4)
- 실리콘과 티타늄 산화물로 구성되는 섬유상 제올라이트.
- (i) (A) 테트라에틸오르토실리케이트 및 실리카 겔로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 실리콘 옥사이드 원을 준비하는 단계; (B) 상기 실리콘 옥사이드 원에 상기 실리콘 옥사이드 원 1몰당 테트라메닐암모늄 히드록사이드, 테트라에틸암모늄 히드록사이드 테트라부틸암모늄 히드록사이드, 테트라프로필암모늄 브로마이드, 피롤리딘, 프로필아민, 디프로필아민 및 트리프로필아민으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나를 0.1 내지 0.8몰 혼합, 교반하는 단계; (C) 가수분해 가능한 티타늄 화합물을 이소프로필 알콜로서 희석시키는 단계; (D) (B)단계에서 얻은 혼합물에 (C)단계에서 얻은 희석물을 상기 실리콘 옥사이드 원 1몰당 0.02 내지 0.03몰이 될때까지 서서히 첨가하는 단계; (E) (D) 단계에서 얻은 혼합물을 가열하여 알콜을 제거하는 단계; (F) (E)단계에서 얻은 혼합물에 상기 혼합물중의 상기 실리콘 옥사이드 원 1몰당 15 내지 50몰의 물을 첨가하는 단계; 및 (G) (F)단계에서 얻은 혼합물을 60 내지 100℃, 상압의 조건에서 유지하는 단계를 통하여 제올라이트 결정을 함유한 모액물을 얻는 단계; (ii) 원심분리를 통하여, (i)단계에서 얻은 상기 모액에서 제올라이트 결정을 분리하는 단계; 및 (iii) (ii)단계에서 얻어진 제올라이트 결정을 물에 대하여 0.5 내지 2중량%가 되도록 물에 재분산시킨 후 건조시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유상 제올라이트의 제조 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 가수분해 가능한 티타늄 화합물은 티타늄 부톡사이드, 티타늄 에톡사이드, 티타늄 이소프로톡사이드, 티타늄테트라클로라이드 및 티타늄 옥사이드 클로라이드로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유상 제올라이트의 제조 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, (i)단계에서 얻은 모액을 원심분리하기 직전에, 상기 모액의 중량을 기준으로 100 내지 400중량%의 물을 상기 모액에 투여하는 단계를 추가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬유상 제올라이트의 제조 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
